I was referred to Dr. David Wong by Dr. Clint Stevens, D.D.S for a specialty service, and I couldn't be more grateful for the recommendation. Dr. Wong and his staff are truly top-notch. Due to Dr. Wong's high demand, my initial consultation was conducted via tele-visit, and even through the screen, he was able to accurately diagnose my issue and explain how he could fix it. Each visit with Dr. Wong was a teachable moment. He took the time to educate me about my condition and the treatment process, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. The procedure itself was seamless, and the follow-up care was phenomenal. Dr. Wong's dedication to his patients' well-being is evident in every interaction. Dr. Wong and his staff are fantastic! They made me feel so comfortable! They explained the procedure very well and I was informed of what to expect both during and after. Dr. Wong has been taking care of my teeth through a series of procedures over the last 3 years. I've had to have teeth removed, implants, gum grafts, and more to get my mouth back to where I could eat comfortably again. Throughout all of it, his team has taken EXCEPTIONAL of me, has worked with me in scheduling to maximize the benefits presented to me through insurance and health savings/flexible spending accounts and much more. His assistants are incredibly personable and make me feel at home throughout out the entirety of such uncomfortable procedures and his administrators are always as accommodating as they can be. I went to doctor Wong for a second opinion after getting my first one and am glad I did because that initial opinion would likely not addressed the "root" of the problem in its entirety and would have continued to lose teeth. Dr. Wong gave me a more complete diagnosis, a more effective treatment plan, and finally I can eat a bacon cheeseburger (my favorite food) again without being in pain. Dr. Wong is an incredIble periodontist and I would STRONGLY and WITHOUT RESERVATION recommend him to anyone needing surgical restoration of their teeth and gums.
