Troy Family Dentistry - Dr. John P. Hwang, DDS

I’m a new patient here. Came in today for a cleaning with Angie. She was phenomenal. The most knowledgeable hygienist I’ve experienced. She was very thorough and gentle. I also have a lot of jaw pain from clinching at night and she was able to show me some massage techniques to help relieve some of that pain. Coming back in a few weeks to have Dr Hwang fix a cavity and remove my wisdom teeth

From the warm welcome at the front desk to the gentle, thorough work by the assistants and hygienists, every visit has been a great experience. The office is clean, modern, and very well-run. Dr. Hwang is outstanding — knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes time to explain everything in detail. You can tell they genuinely care about each patient’s comfort and long-term oral health. I also wanted to mention a previous comment I saw about the billing department — it’s only common sense that payment is due at the time of service. You wouldn’t go anywhere else and get a service done and leave without paying. The team here is fair, transparent, and always willing to explain treatment costs or insurance coverage before any procedure. This office truly goes above and beyond for their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care, honesty, and a team that treats you like family.

Dr. Hwang at Troy Family Dentistry is very professional, kind, and explains everything in an easy-to-understand way. Since I started coming here, I haven’t had to worry at all about my dental health. All the nurses are also friendly and always smiling. I feel truly proud to have this clinic so close to my home.

I can’t say enough good things about Troy Family Dentistry. I had a really great experience seeing Dr. Hwang. Every single person I interacted with from front to back was extremely friendly, patient, and caring. Dr. Hwang took time to explain everything he’d be doing and made sure all of my questions were answered. He regularly checked in to make sure I was doing okay while he was working on me too. Dr. Hwang and the staff at TFD are awesome, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to go see them.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. It is a warm and professional atmosphere. They care about your dental health and comfort while taking care of you. Dr. Hwang is very gentle and thorough.
