If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! I have never had a good experience at any dental appointment, my anxiety was at an all time high because of that. The front desk receptionist Leidy was very pleasant and welcoming and didn’t make me feel rushed during checking in and checking out. Abby the hygienist was absolutely amazing!!! She was very attentive and listened to all my concerns and told me what she was doing every step of the way throughout my service. She checked in throughout each step and completely soothe all my anxiety. She was very friendly and extremely patient I would prefer her to be my hygienist each and every visit lol. Dr. Nikki was just as attentive and so thorough and super informative. Every question I had she answered and made sure I knew what would be the next steps for my upcoming appointments. She didn’t rush my appointment and the way she speaks to her staff is so respectful and refreshing to experience. Coming from someone who works in healthcare you don’t come across that very often. Overall the facility was very clean and nice and they are definitely kid friendly, from what I could overhear all of the staff was great. This will be my permanent dentist office and I will recommend my friends and family.

Excellent Dental Care & Friendly Vibes! I've been going to Glowing Smiles Dental at Troy for about a year now, and honestly, it's been a great experience every time. I had a root canal and got two crowns put on, and they did an awesome job. Dr. Nikki is super quick and really knows what she’s doing, plus she makes you feel relaxed the whole time. Her team is great too—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Whenever I needed my crowns adjusted, they took care of it right away, no hassle. So today, after getting my crown fixed, I was just hanging out waiting for my ride when I realized I needed another adjustment. I told her, even though she was with another patient, and she jumped right in to help me out. I really appreciate that! The clinic has such a warm and welcoming vibe that makes every visit a pleasure. Highly recommended for quality dental care and outstanding service.

We recently took our large family to Glowing Smiles Dental Team, and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience. Managing dental appointments for multiple adults and children can be a challenge, but the team here handled it with incredible grace and professionalism. They truly attended to the needs of every single adult and child at their appropriate level. The children felt comfortable and even enjoyed their visits, and the adults received thorough, clear explanations about their dental health. We were also very impressed that they went above and beyond to provide us with viable and trusted referrals for services necessary outside of their practice. I had a great experience at Glowing Smiles Dental. I went in for a root canal that turned out to be more difficult than expected and required extra time. Dr. Nikki, Marya, and entire staff went above and beyond, they stayed late to make sure the procedure was completed the same day instead of making me come back. I truly appreciate their dedication and commitment to patient care. Highly recommend Glowing Smiles Dental to anyone looking for a dental team that truly cares.

Dr. Nikki and her assistant Marah are absolutely incredible. Words alone truly can’t do them justice. They are both so hardworking and genuinely caring. I needed a root canal that would normally require four separate one-hour visits, but because of my busy work schedule, they came in that same day and stayed three hours after closing so I wouldn’t have to keep missing work. I can’t thank them enough for that level of dedication. They also did a wonderful job with my root canal. This was my first time here, and because of the outstanding service and care, I’ll definitely continue coming back. Remarkable experience from start to finish.

Dr. Nikki is an excellent dentist and makes me feel at ease. The office in general is friendly and welcoming and Nadine, the hygienist that cleans my teeth is kind, does a great job and is very thorough! Very efficient dental office overall and I recommend them to others! As a follow up, I returned for an additional appointment and Dr. B completed my tooth issue quickly and painlessly. Overall, once again, I feel confident with the dentists, hygienists and other staff that it will be a positive experience!!
