I have been bringing my kids to Children’s Dental Specialist since they were just 1 year old, and now my oldest is 12. Every single appointment over the years has been nothing short of incredible. The entire staff consistently goes above and beyond to make children feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. At our most recent visit, we saw Dr. Meryll, and I shared with her that my daughter had been experiencing bullying because of her teeth. Dr. Meryll didn’t just focus on the dental side she took the time to sit down and have a meaningful conversation with my daughter. She reassured her, encouraged her, and truly made her feel better about herself. As a parent, that meant everything to me. No words can fully describe my gratitude. This office doesn’t just care for teeth they care for kids’ hearts and confidence too. I am beyond thankful and highly recommend them to any family looking for compassionate, exceptional pediatric dental care.

Horrible experience. My daughter has special needs so after some research we decided this office was a good fit for us. For 2 1/2 years we’ve brought her to see Dr. Merrill for her cleanings. This year they notified my by phone the week before that she would no longer be seeing Dr. Merrill because she wasn't in our network. I questioned how that could possibly be since we had been seeing her for 2 1/2 years.. I was put on hold and the girl came back to reassure me that everything was fine and we would be able to come in for our appointment the following week with Dr. Merrill. Fast forward-We arrived for our appointment, check in.. go back and both my kids cleanings begin. My daughter is a little nervous but she got through it! As we’re waiting for the doctor I’m told that Dr. whoever would be in in a moment. I stopped her in her tracks.. "who?" She said" Dr. Merrill can no longer see you, she’s not in your network." When I let her know that I had spoke with someone the week before I was told they were wrong. At that point my daughter is getting upset waiting for "her doctor" that we’d been talking about for a week.. I asked if we could simply see Dr. Merrill to say hello maybe she could count her teeth?! Something to satisfy my eagerly waiting daughter. I was told "if you want to pay out of pocket you can" from that point I refused service from the unknown doctor and we check out and left. I returned inside to collect my daughter’s records and ask that Dr. Merrill please call me. Left my name and number. Never got a call. Just thought she should know how her staff is running things! And if she already knows then shame on her. I thought I had finally found a wonderful doctor who was great for my daughter.. guess I was wrong. Will be taking both of my kids elsewhere! I understand insurance is out of their hands.. just not happy with how things were handled! Ashley D’Agostino

From the 1st time I called. 4 years ago with an EMERGENCY for my 5 yr old who’s tooth kept us up all night. The Team here has never let US down, always friendly, professional and my boys have No Fear of the dentist not even procedures because of how awesome they are here!

This was my daughter‘s first crown and fillings that needed to be done and their team was responsive to do such a remarkable job. Thanks for taking care of my daughter and making her feel safe and comfortable for being first time. I appreciate and applaud the team. keep up the great work.

I recently brought my son to this dentist, and I am extremely satisfied with the service. The staff was very kind, professional, and caring. They treated my son with great attention and made him feel comfortable throughout the visit. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciate their dedication. Highly recommended!

The doctors are so nice. My daughter was scared at first, but then they were able to calm her down. Not many doctors work with children that are scared, but the doctor and the assistant did amazing and got the job done. Highly recommend

Excellent service! From the time we walk in the office, my kids feel comfortable and their nerves are instantly calmed. All of the staff, from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors are always friendly and willing to accommodate whatever is needed. They take special care during cleanings and exercise patience and kindness with my son who has autism. They always explain the importance of brushing and flossing to the kids…and they listen! Both my boys left the office today with big smiles…and no cavities! Thank you for your excellent dental care and outstanding customer service.
