My mother had a 3:30 PM appointment. We arrived at 3:25 and checked in on time. Despite this, we waited nearly two hours in the lobby while patients who arrived both before and after us were taken inside. We were the last ones waiting as the clinic approached closing time. After asking the front desk what was happening, we were told a room was ready. We were eventually taken inside — and then waited an additional 30 minutes without explanation. When I politely raised concerns, the manager was dismissive, repeatedly saying "I understand" without apologizing or taking accountability. He suggested rescheduling after we had already waited over two hours, which was unreasonable. My mother does not speak English, and I was advocating on her behalf. We were patient and respectful throughout, but the lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect for patients’ time was unacceptable. Additionally, the doctor made an inappropriate comment to a staff member within our hearing, stating that if we did not want him to treat my mother, we could "find another doctor." This was unprofessional, dismissive, and not how patients raising legitimate concerns should be treated. I hope this clinic seriously reviews its scheduling practices and staff training most important manager training and hire competent enough people for management positions.

Customers Beware! Less than mediocre staff on duty. No follow through after a few visits, several conversations over the phone and a formal complaint. The office is in subpar conditions. The staff hates their jobs as they are rude and can only make appointments. Management cannot submit a simple insurance claim for a kids braces. My daughter took x-rays twice, impressions twice and both times the insurance company sent me a letter stating the claim was submitted incomplete by Western Dental. What a complete let down! They bill for as many services possible to the insurance company such as X-rays without delivering the end product to their patients. Great business model where you bill, bill, bill and give your customers nothing. A total scam!!!!

This dentist office sucks. They only care about the money. If you have a procedure to get done. You might have to keep rescheduling. I went to them they told me I had five cavities. I had them do my fillings. I went to another dentist and the new location. Told me I didn't have any cavities. I hope everyone is able to find a new dentist office and the new dentist treats you better.

Breana a sweet Girl nice to talk to gives time to answer my questions and always happy to see her I’m happy to give her 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She’s a great asset to this company, nobody should make her sad. Keep her job that she comes every morning to be a part of the customers that come through very welcomed.

April was so sweet. I was really nervous about my fillings, and she kept comforting me and even held my hand. Literally love her.

Always enjoyed April. Great lady. She makes coming here worth it. She does the X-rays in the beginning of your visit.

the young lady in the front was kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the visit. She made everything easy from scheduling to checking in great service I had.
