Dr Andie was the best dentist I had and it was for wisdom teeth removal. She and her assistant made the whole procedure painless and relaxing as possible.

I came in on a referral for a retreat on a tooth and the doctor came in and spent maybe 10 minutes with me only to refer me out to an Endodontist for not only the tooth in question but TWO other as well. Not much of a thorough explanation as to why either. Needless to say I will not be going back for a crown afterwards. The only thing that I thought was worth it was the panoramic xray taken. I will say the front desk staff was AMAZING!!

Great experience from start to finish! The staff and Dr. Singh were kind, efficient, and very thorough during my consultation. I definitely recommend coming here for quality care.

Usually, I don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can be careful and always seek a second opinion before agreeing to treatment at this clinic. I visited Elite Dental Care in Tracy for a small cavity, and they told me I had several cavities and needed to extract my wisdom teeth. Later, they insisted I should also remove a tooth next to my molar (#3) to "protect" the other one — even though I had no pain or problems. After the extraction, I was told the remaining tooth was damaged and needed a root canal, bone grafting, and a 3D CT scan, which cost me almost $1,400. But after all that, they told me the tooth couldn’t be saved and had to be extracted too. I ended up losing a perfectly fine tooth and possibly another one because of poor planning and lack of proper assessment. This entire experience caused me pain, stress, and financial loss. Please make sure you get an honest second opinion before agreeing to any treatment here — the dentists are inexperienced and careless in their approach.

We had a very disappointing experience with the front office manager, Nora, at the Mountain House location. We arrived for our scheduled appointment on a Thursday, only to be told by Nora that our appointment was either at their Tracy office that day or at the Mountain House office the following day. While we understand that scheduling mistakes can happen, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. I explained that we had received a phone call confirming our appointment, and that there might have been some confusion. Nora abruptly dismissed our concern, insisting their system sends automated text message reminders—messages which we never received. Rather than showing any understanding or willingness to resolve the issue, she was rude, dismissive, and made us feel as though we were lying about not receiving the reminder. There was no empathy, no effort to help us figure out what went wrong, and certainly no attempt at good customer service. For a practice recommended by our PCP just two doors down, this was not the level of professionalism we expected. We had planned to make appointments for our entire family here—four people in total—but after this experience, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. A dental practice, especially one that deals with families, should have empathetic and understanding staff at the front desk, especially in managerial positions. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, not with attitude. I hope this office takes steps to improve how their front desk staff interact with patients and learn the importance of empathy and problem-solving in customer service.

We’ve been coming here over four years now and absolutely LOVE the staff here. Super patient and informative doctors. Great front seat staff too. Good service all around. I would highly recommend this great place if you’re looking for good long term dental care for your family!
