Re: Grooming - Kimberly She's inherently an adorable pup... but I've heard that you aren't supposed to shave Doodles down to the skin; that it messes up their future coat texture. Also, the groomer missed brushing out the places behind her ears, or trimming the ears such that they matched the rest of her. As though someone sewed doodle ears onto a terrier plushie But she's still utterly gorgeous from the front-- glad the amateur- hour groomer couldn't ruin that!!! From Daisy’s Grandmother

Today I took my shelter Rescue St Bernard Beethoven to get groomed. I've had dogs all my life and this is the first time I've had one groomed. The whole grooming staff were so welcoming. My groomer was Lilyian and she did such an amazing job and was so caring to my big pup. What a handsome transformation. Thank you Lilyian for the 5 star service.

I came here a week ago because I had an appointment for my cat who hadn’t eaten in two days and I was pretty much turned away. My appointment was at 10:30 but my cat had ran outside before we left the house and we had to chase him down, I of course called the store to let them know and a man answered the phone and said it was fine for me to come and and that he would inform his team. Unfortunately when we arrived the lady at the front desk told me my appointment was canceled and that she couldn’t accommodate us. I informed her that the man on the phone said it was fine for me to come but she said that since he was at lunch she can’t confirm that. I asked if I can do a walk in appointment and she said no accommodations. I then informed her that my cat hadn’t eaten in two days, she didn’t offer to reschedule the appointment, instead she said she couldn’t accommodate us give me names of emergency vet hospitals. I came here because I have a low income and I had a free exam voucher, the least she could have did was redirect me to a different Petco. If your animal is sick I honestly would not go here ever again seeing that they are willing to turn away sick animals and not even offer an apology or a reschedule. There was so much lack of care, she hardly even looked up from the computer. Bad service. Luckily my baby is fine now after having to leave this one and go to one ALL THE WAY IN HUNTINGTON BEACH! Which was an hour and something drive after already driving 30 minutes to go to this one.

Everything in stock and very neat and tidy. Plenty of parking available and check out was fast. They have Taste of the Wild for cheaper than Amazon priced. Great deal. Very well organized and clean up stations all stocked.

I had a great experience here. The employee helping me at checkout was so kind, friendly and helpful!! I wish I caught her name!

Sarah the dog groomer is a rockstar! She made our scruffy terrier mix look like a sleak seal in under 2 hours and was so sweet and patient with her. Our dog came home looking and feeling so good!

A small petco. Employees there seem rude and miserable. I went to buy fishes today. I was standing at the fish area, I saw en employee that full of tattoos on her arm there, so I raised my hand to show her that I needed help her. She saw me for sure but she pretended she did not and walked away. Then I walked to another employee that was cleaning the tank told her I want to buy some fishes. She did not even look at me just said wait a min. I left without buying.
