Dr. Weber and his team have completely transformed this office! After a not-so-great experience with the previous dentist, this place is now night and day. From the front desk to the hygienists, everyone is kind, compassionate, and welcoming. They truly make you feel at home and cared for. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I’ve been twice since the switch over from Dr. Heath’s retirement. Both visits have been entirely unpleasant and uncomfortable. This second visit was downright painful. I have sensitive teeth to begin with and the hygienist used some fancy tool that sprays water like a pressure washer along my gum line. Yowza the pain! Jerking my head away from the contraption didn’t seem to provide any indication I was uncomfortable… Also, Dr. Heath and his multitude of staff must have been entirely incompetent because I’ve never needed so many cavities filled since I was a kid… Guys, I brush my teeth twice a day and floss 1x daily. I’m a fanatic when it comes to my teeth. If they’ve started decaying this much since the new ownership, obviously I need to have my health checked out for underlying causes… I didn’t bother setting up a 6-month appointment b/c I’ll be going elsewhere. I’ve never been more nervous about dental appointments than I was today.

Xrays were not completed before I attended my cleaning that they suggested. Not one mention of needing to pull a tooth until after my cleaning was completed. A price breakdown was given to me prior to my appointment and the day of the appointment, it was substantially higher than was stated. The hygenist was extremely rough on my mouth and busted and bruised my lip. NEVER have I ever had this type of experience with a dentist. Will NOT be returning for the additional appointments they are wanting to complete.

This was an unbelievable experience. I asked the hygienist to not put my chair back much because I have an issues with the calcium deposits in my ears. She told me she was short and would have to put the chair back. Then she did something for about 10 minutes and when she can back she began to put the chair back. I asked her not to go to far as it would make me dizzy and sick to my stomach. She continued to lower my head and once again informed me she was short and could not clean my teeth without lowering the chair. This has not been a problem in the past as the hygienist would stand up. I leaned forward instead of laying back. She stormed out of the room. Came back and told me she would not clean my teeth but the doctor could look at my teeth. I said okay. She stormed out again, the doctor asked her what was wrong. She told him I refused to lay back in the chair. I then removed the bib and headed out of the room. As I approached the front end I apologized for causing an issue. I then told the nice person sitting there I just couldn’t stay because of the way I was being treated and I didn’t want to get sick. Then the hygienist came up behind me and informed the nice lady that I was not allowed to make any more appointments. I hope this hygienist was having a bad day and she took it out on me because I would hate to think she treats all patients with that kind of abrasive, rude, behavior. Guess our family will be changing dentists.

Sherry is the most amazing staff as they all are. I have extreme anxiety and they are the best at making you feel comfortable and Dr. Heath is super friendly. The staff is awesome, the care is awesome and the work done is fantastic. This is the best dentist and office I have worked with and will be with them for a long time to come.

Had a cleaning Friday. Had been going to the previous dentist since 2018. All new people. Were just as competent and friendly as the previous group. I'm glld

Great Dentist with good client/patient touch. Good communicator. Excellent staff. My recent visit was yesterday and have seen this dentist regularly for several years. Recommended. My only request was that I be furnished a reminder card of my next appointment, which was not done--an oversight for sure--as this is normal with their administration. Otherwise, a good visit and will return.
