Dulin Family Dentistry

This has been my primary dentist for several years now and every single person is always so kind. Katie and Angie were incredibly kind to me today as I called to inquire about a bad experience with the oral surgeon office they referred me to, they acknowledged me in a way I really felt seen and heard and they offered to refer me to a different place and even told me more about my options that I would have never Known, like I can have the x-ray that was taken sent to another office and they offered me advice to wait until my insurance was billed to make any payments and truly the empathy was what was important to me. Even though they couldn’t fix my bad experience with the oral surgeon they helped me understand my options, empathized with my situation, and were very kind!

Several people have gotten dentures from him and he charges for Adjustments every time they don’t fit. So what are you paying for.? some of the clients he has had say they just don’t use the dentures when they’re eating because they never did fit right. The woman who adjusts the dentures does not appear to have had training in this. She may have a lot of experience, but she does not know how to fit dentures. Sad to say they take advantage of the elderly also in this. Asking always for the bill to be paid when the product isn’t right. Is that right?

What an excellent experience! Today was my first visit to Dulin Family Dentistry after getting new insurance. I had to be seen for a very loose molar. I'm afraid of the dentist in general and was sweating before I even walked in the door. So very anxious. But for NO reason! From the friendly front desk staff, to the Dental Assistant, to Dr. Dulin himself, the entire experience was excellent. They listened to me, soothed me, and provided excellent service! Now, I can't wait to go back for my cleaning! I'll update after that appointment.

Dr Dulin is a terrible dentist. He is not through and barely looked at me or cared to check if my broken crown I had done elsewhere before switching to him was at risk of infection or nerve exposure. I had hoped he could help me but his staff were rude up front to me and told me basically they would do nothing to help with protecting my tooth or the pain sensitivity. I would have to wait 4 weeks for another crown to be approved. Currently seeking a dentist who cares because this is not an office that cares.

I went to Dr. Forrest knowing nothing about him except for a few reviews I read and I am so thankful I did. He managed to save a front tooth after a previous dentist had warned me that it should be pulled and crowned immediately. Dr. Forrest is amazing and everyone in his office is so warm and welcoming that, even if it's your first visit, you feel like you've been going there for years. If you are looking for a dentist in Topeka please try him. You won't be disappointed.

I agree with all the people that gave a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating to Dr Forrest services. He was my family’s dental care provider for many years before he retired. UPDATE. Unfortunately the last time I called because of many issues, although they gave me an appt that same day after hours, which I really appreciated, they told me when I left that I was going to be contacted for upcoming appts to fix the findings in x-rays, I only received an email survey. I expected more than that. I decided to seek help somewhere else. We also had some problems with late submissions to our health/dental insurance.

I had a great experience. I was super nervous as I had not been to the dentist in a while and I don't like going. But the staff was friendly and helped put me at ease. They got me right in for the problem I was having and didn't mess around. They just checked what I told them. The doctor was very nice, gentle and friendly. He seemed honest and like he wasn't going to do any unnecessary work. I really appreciated what he said and did. Will be back and also thinking of switching my family over to him!
