Awesome service/people… they do not return you away. All six of my misbehaved boys the staff was so patient and understanding. Love the flexibility of hours and they are open on Saturdays. I missed placed a couple kid’s insurance cards and they assisted me in looking up the information. I so grateful to find this dentistry. Amen!

HORRIBLE customer service over the phone tried to schedule an appointment and they gave me a time and it didn't work so i said I'm sorry do you have anything earlier. They proceeded to say i don't know what to tell you go somewhere else! Extremely rude and unprofessional

I came here for a root canal, and I was never informed beforehand that a silver crown would be placed until it was already time to put it on during the procedure. Nearly two years later, my new dentist discovered through X-rays that an infection was still present, and the root canal had to be retreated before replacing the silver crown with a regular one. Since my insurance had already paid for the original procedure, I had to pay out of pocket for the retreatment.

Long line. Longer wait than expected. No issues with cleaning treatment. 01/21/2026

I will recommend them EVERY TIME !! The entire staff is genuine and top notch great customer service. They had to repeatedly send my request to my insurance and they DIDN’T STOP UNTIL I GOT APPROVED ! They called me just as excited as I was with any good news . I was literally wearing a mask to hide my teeth when I first went to them and now I smile all day just because ! So thankful to this whole team !

Horrible experience for my daughter. Front desk guy was rude to everyone who came in. I actually couldn’t believe how he was treating people to the point I wanted to walk out but I needed her to be seen before school started. Then they Barely cleaned my daughter’s teeth after waiting in the waiting area for 2 hours for a 10 second clean! Everything was dirty I will not ever be back.

Did not get seen until 50 minutes past appointment time. Also did not do a thorough job at cleaning and made my gums bleed excessively and so swollen.
