I honestly can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. The front desk staff was welcoming and organized, and everything ran right on time. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. The procedure itself was smooth, gentle, and way less stressful than I expected. If you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits, this is the place to go. Professional, compassionate, and extremely skilled. I’m grateful to have found a dentist I fully trust. Highly recommend!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10yrs because the last time, I had a terrible painful experience. I finally HAD to go to the dentist. I chose Washington Plaza Dental at random. They are fantastic. My experience was very positive. State of the art equipment, very professional and personable people. I will a regular returning patient. This is my place.

Updated 2025: Even though I did have some issues with insurance billing previously, I have been back twice since then. I have come to realize that yes, they are a bit pricier than other dentists I have used, but, the Dr. really prioritizes making you feel comfortable, even with major work. I had a root canal and a crown recently, and was shocked how much less pain I was in compared to dentists I have used in the past. Plus the technology in this office is great, they did everything in house, same day. Moral of the story: insurance companies suck, dental work is expensive all around, so find the doc that prioritizes making you comfortable. ..... The service and the quality of work done were absolutely great. No complaints there at all. Where I do have some complaints were some surprise charges after the work was done, even after an already expensive procedure (significantly more expensive than other dentists but time was a factor) The surprise bill happened after my insurance provider said that a portion of my bill would not be covered and they needed additional information from the doctor. Wash plaza said they had sent this in but my insurance provider said they never received this, and sent them another request. I finally gave up and just paid the bill after wash plaza started to hound me for payment. I know insurance companies suck, but its hard when we as patients get billed hundreds more on our bill already in the thousands. More transparency up front would have been nice.

I have not been to the dentist in years because I have had passed bad experiences. The overall dentist experience gives me severe anxiety. However, Gabe, Karina, & Dr. Melika made this experience so pleasant. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I appreciate everyone at Washington Plaza Dentistry. I will definitely be back and tell everyone about Washington Plaza Dentistry.

Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere makes me feel at ease. I am usually a little stressed having Dental work done. I appreciate Dr Tima and Karina and their caring and professional manners.

Ive been coming here for a couple years, and I just can't stand it anymore. Steer clear. You WILL be charged $400+ out of pocket every time, regardless of you insurance, and regardless of what they tell you. The final straw was when one of their fillings failed and leaving my tooth compromised one year after installation. The dentist was insistent on getting a crown to replace the broken filling, which was $1000 after insurance. That is atrocious. I asked them if I could get an expired HSA card renewed to pay them in a couple days and their office manager refused. Which is hilarious because I always get a call after every visit from them demanding $400 and I always pay them. Thanks for wasting my time and leaving me with a broken tooth. Find a different dentist.

Had multiple fillings done. Even with return visits to have them checked on/refitted, they were still painful for over 6 months. They ultimately failed after less than 2 years. Was also billed more out of pocket than expected.
