Sarah and Ivan are fantastic! The entire experience was easy and hassle-free. I went in for a new patient exam/cleaning. Scheduling and paperwork online was a breeze. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 5 years so I appreciated a lot of the newer technology, including being able to watch TV overhead while they work on your teeth. Sarah cleaned my teeth quickly, effectively, and efficiently which was much appreciated. Dr. Ivan discovered a small cavity that he was able to fill in minutes that same day after my cleaning. My insurance coverages and procedures were thoroughly explained to me at every step of the way and I never felt any pressure to accept anything I didn’t want to. Everything ran on time and the entire staff were friendly, calm, and kind. This will be my new go-to dentistry and I highly recommend you give them a shot too!

I’ve gone to the same dentist since I was a child, but had to look for a new place since I relocated. This place left me quite impressed. They were very thorough in their work and educational about what they were doing and why. Highly recommend! Thank you to the team, you guys are great! 😊

I went in for my 6 month cleaning and checkup. Prior to my appointment I received multiple reminders, which is always helpful. I arrived at 8:55 and my appointment was at 9:00. No waiting, teeth cleaned and questions asked about any issues. The hygienist was particularly careful around those teeth and explained about two different active ingredients in sensitive toothpaste. The dentist then examined me and confirmed using the new sensitivity toothpaste. No additional work needed. I love this team of professional and knowledgeable folks.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Timber Dental and Dr. Ivan. I had extensive dental work done and went into the process with a lot of anxiety. From day one, I felt heard, respected, and completely taken care of. Every step was explained clearly. There were no surprises, no pressure, just thoughtful care and transparency. Dr. Ivan is not only an incredibly skilled dentist, he’s also just a genuinely kind human. That matters more than people realize when you’re sitting in that chair. The entire team made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and supportive. I also have to give a special thank you to Jen and the team at the front desk. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient, which made such a difference, especially on the days I walked in feeling nervous. I’m beyond happy with my smile and so grateful I trusted timber dental with it!

I love this place, I’ve been twice for cleanings and X-rays. I tried them after a horrible experience with a different dentist & I’m so glad I did. Everyone here is wonderful! I’ve seen two hygienists & two dentists & all were fabulous. They don’t shame you & they make you feel like family. Cyndi is also wonderful, she takes such good care of the customers & makes it feel like home. Also, I wish I caught her name at the front desk, but she greeted me by my name & was SO friendly. They truly go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Glad I chose to come here!

One of my friends recommended to see Dr. Andrei Ionescu about my dental needs and I'm so glad I listened because I finally found a dentist I trust. I highly appreciate not only his outstanding skills and knowledge but also the way he treats his patients with kindness and attention. The entire team deserves a shout out, everyone I worked with was kind, doing their best to ensure a safe and pleasant experience in a field we all know can be quite scary. Thank you Dr. Andrei for getting my teeth in shape and being so present that you caught even the little things, Amanda for my fillings, Mackenzie for the cleaning, Pearl, Cyndi and Jenn for the warm welcomes and scheduling, Tru, Eliza and the other dental nurses for taking care of me and all of you for your kindness, compassionate approach and for always answering all my questions. This practice is first rate. Best I have encountered in my 71 years! The facility is modern and spotless. Staff is excellent and well trained. Timber Dental is patient centered. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
