I’m so thankful for today’s visit. Kind, understanding, and they made me feel cared for. I left feeling as if I can go back and have no anxiety. I called my father and said I know I was scared to go but am so glad I went. 5 stars for me. Thank you all. Ps we had great conversation about real wife’s house wife’s. Lol

I’ve gone to Dental Center twice now- once before I got my braces and just recently this week- both experiences were wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Juli both times and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She’s upfront and honest about whats going on and what needs to be done, while at the same time making sure you are comfortable and at ease. If the place I go to for orthodontics misses something wrong, I can trust 100% that Juli will catch it and help me out. I’m beyond grateful to have the Dental Center as part of my smile journey, thank you all for the great work you do 🙂

I took my 89 year old mother in for extensive dental work. Dr. Olivier and his staff were amazing with her. They made sure she was comfortable every step of the way and were very compassionate. I can't say enough good things about this office.

Junk Luck

I would like to single out one person who was great and truly helpful. The problem is they were all wonderful. I’ve had a phobia about Dentists my entire life but I needed to go before things got to out of control. I mustered up all the courage I could and went in for my appointment. I’m telling you from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out thy were all so professional and I felt they truly cared. I’m excited to say we now have a dental plan going forward and I’m actually excited about things. I never thought that would be the case. I would recommend everyone go here for your dental needs. Thank you Dr. Nelson and Angie(?) for your gentle touch and active listening to help keep me comfortable during the entire visit. It means more than you know. Thank you all so much for everything and I’ll see you soon!

I’ve been going to this clinic for 7 years and I love Dr. Olivier. My negative review is directed only at the front desk staff, as I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with them: 1. When I scheduled my sister for a cleaning, I was told it would be covered by insurance. Later, we received a bill because it was not covered. 2. My mom had a procedure and paid for it in full, but during her next visit the front desk said there was still an "outstanding balance." 3. My dad had a crown done. The initial estimate given was $500, and he paid half at the first visit, with the other half due when the permanent crown was placed. On the day of the second visit, the front desk first said they had "forgotten" to include the deductible and that the cost was actually $600. Then, a few minutes later, the same person changed her statement again and said the insurance wouldn’t cover the crown at all — and the cost was now $1,100. This is unacceptable. We asked for an estimate upfront, yet were given completely incorrect information. Where is your staff getting these numbers from? Are they trained to provide accurate estimates at all? Every time I raise an issue, I am told that "a different front desk person" was responsible. Shifting blame like this is very unprofessional. The doctor is excellent, but the front desk seriously damages the trust and experience at this clinic.

I went into this dentist this morning because I broke my crown last night eating. I had no appointment, and they still made time to get me back into a chair in less than 30 mins. They had a lot of appointments too, and still managed to squeeze me in. They not only treated my tooth, but they also had a cancellation and asked if I had time for a cleaning. I want to also note Nurse Julie for giving me the best teeth cleaning I’ve had. She made my teeth feel brand new, and she made me feel informed. Dr Nelson took the time to look into one of my chronic conditions to make sure he was informed how to treat me accordingly. I will be coming back because of the attention to care.

I absolutely love my dentist and the nurse who have been taking care of me — they are always kind, professional, and attentive. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the young girl at front desk during my most recent visit yesterday. (This situation never happened with other front desk staff) The young girl at the front desk was unfriendly and appeared visibly irritated throughout the interaction. She didn’t greet me with a smile and had a cold, almost dismissive demeanor that made me feel very uncomfortable. My employer recently changed our dental insurance, and I didn’t yet know my new insurance ID. Instead of helping me navigate the situation, she seemed impatient and unprofessional. What concerned me most was when she asked for my Social Security number on a piece of paper — then left it sitting out on the desk. I had to ask for it back to ensure my personal information wasn’t left exposed. This raised serious concerns about how sensitive information is handled at the front desk. I still have great respect for the dental team, but I hope the front office staff receive additional training in professionalism, patience, and handling of private information.
