Elite Dental Group Thornton

Very impressed with the dental care at Elite. I went in for a cleaning, wisdom teeth removal, and a crown. I suffer from extremely sensitive teeth and the staff and Dr. Jung were so respectful and understanding (never felt judged). My dental treatment was smooth with very minimal pain and discomfort they really listened to my personal needs. Definitely will be going back every 6 months.

Elite Dental Thornton is amazing! Everyone is beyond nice and caring from the moment you walk through the doors. They will listen to your concerns, give you wonderful personal recommendations, and never rush you out after an appointment. I can’t recommend them enough. Plus they’re next to a Starbucks 😉 I’ll definitely be back!!

The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. The assistants were kind and educational. But the whole practice is blind to time. I don't know if they overscheduled, are short-staffed, or just disorganized, but I was there for 1 hour 40 minutes and they still hadn't completed my regular checkup and scheduled me to come back for the cleaning portion. It's unexplainable what they do with their time. But when they were actually engaging with me they were lovely.

I have had great experiences with this dental office in the past; front desk was awesome and dentist was extremely kind. However, this year, I booked an appointment a month in advance since I needed to be seen on a Saturday due to being a first time twin mom. I was warned that they would charge me if I cancelled last minute. But they actual cancelled on me last minute; called me on the Wednesday (Lori) before my appointment with no explanation other than they were canceling. Wish they would have given me more of a heads up so I could have booked something else before the holiday season.

First time at elite dental. Everyone was kind they did a thorough assessment of my teeth all in one appointment. If your looking for a good dentist reach out ti them they take all kinds of insurance plans even Medicaid

Dr. Townsend is obviously my favorite dentist! 😉 Objectively speaking, she's patient, capable, empathetic, skillful, and communicates well. The clinic itself is great too. Everyone is very nice and personable, Elite Dental is clean and modern, and I feel comfortable and welcome being there. I will be back!

As someone who hates going to the dentist in general, Dr. Townsend has done a great job making me feel comfortable and talks me through the process. I highly recommend Dr.Townsend. Lori, the office manager has way of making you feel comfortable talking about your benefits and figuring out how you can maximize your benefits and working with your budget.
