Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Thornton, CO

I have no idea how this location has less than five stars! They saved me from another location that turned my mouth into hamburger! They are 100% the most kind, most together office I’ve ever seen. Whoever the periodontist was (not the guys with longish hair who is bald on top and speaks with an accent) This Dr had short hair, was younger and of my Gosh my top half if my mouth can use the dentures. The other Dr at the other place has made my fear of the dentist so real I can’t imagine what I’m going to do considering I’ll need more work done. Crystal called my on q Friday’ to see how I’m doing. The other location did not. The nurses are absolutely amazing I love each and everyone there. Trust me, if it seems too far, it’s not. It’s worth all the effort and take these are the hero’s of today! I love them!

I scheduled my appointment with Bright Now because it had been a couple of years since my last trip to the dentist, but more pressingly I had chipped one of my top front teeth the week prior, just in time to look like a Halloween pumpkin. First off, scheduling an appointment was very easy and I was able to be seen very soon, which I was happy about. Second, the whole team that worked with me was great, Jen and Rob and Dr. Frank, all wonderful. She gave me the option of doing the general, first timer exam or getting my front tooth taken care of. Yeah, obvious choice. I ended up needing crowns on both of my top front teeth, which ended up being extremely reasonably priced all things considered. I would definitely recommend them!

I've been using them for a few years now and overall they do a pretty good job. With the Bright Now Dental group, I've had to reschedule more than a couple times with the hygienist not being available and even had to switch locations. The last time I went , the front desk lady was different from earlier this year and she almost made me do a deep clean, which is quite pricey (no insurance coverage) because she mistook me for another patient. The dentist herself was unavailable at the time i went. However, the hygienist herself gave me a pro-tip i had never heard before that women occasionally have gums bleeding due to hormones. AI seems to think it could be so according to several sources it tapped into. Over the years, they have done a good job with my fillings and provided me with a good mouth guard and other various teeth/mouth tips. If you can tolerate schedule changes, this dental place will get the job done. Just make sure you are the correct patient.

Very clean and friendly! Love the set up! Staff were very friendly and VERY informative to EVERY customer to make sure things were clear and you understood. Got just a first visit waiting to see what's approved and they have fast and better xrays too!

Prices are way to high, I needed a cleaning and they suggested a deep cleaning but the cost was way to much so i just wanted a regular cleaning and they would not do it so I canceled with them. They also did crowns and fillings and now my teeth are more sensitive than they were before all of that. I do find it funny that the office replies to reviews that are good, but has not replied to this one.

I am very disappointed with Doctor Frank.I have been coming to Bright now with my family for over 10 years.We usually go to 104th. They're only open 1 day a week so I switched my daughter's appointment. I thought that Doctor Frank would be great because my daughter went there and my husband. That was not the case at all. My daughter had a severe infection all the way to her sinus. She barely looked at her and she just said I don't do root canals on those teeth and sent me on my way. She did refer me to an endodontist.Which cost me five hundred dollars. For him to tell me my daughter has a severe infection al the way to her sinuses. She could have seen that on x-ray and chose not to take the time. I'll be going elsewhere. Office staff and receptionist were great though

It is hard finding a dental office who takes all insurance and even harder finding a good one. I've had many, many bad experiences with dentist's offices my whole life, but Bright Now is amazing. Fist off Nicole the lady at the front desk is so very kind and went above and beyond to be helpful. She already made me feel like Bright Dental was a good choice. My dentist was Dr. Frank, and she is absolutely amazing too. She is straight to the point and knows what she is doing and talking about. She also goes above and beyond to help. She is also hilarious. She doesn't have an ego that gets in the way of work. If you're looking for a good dentist and a good office then Bight Now Dental in Thornton is the place for you. I'm honestly not sure why they don't have five stars. They deserve it!
