EDIT* Well gosh, what can I say 🙂 if I could give them 1,000 stars I would!!! They were so good with me!!! I am THAT person that gets scared and for whatever reason I have a phobia of the needles or drills or poking or prodding in my mouth when I have like a crazy hole or cavity .. like any dental issue that shows up out of nowhere.. anyways 🙂 they were freaging UH-MAZ-ING 🙂 Dr. Spencer Peoples & his whole team made the entire experience just- really great 🙂 they even gave me a hot towel, beautiful rose, & healthy beautiful teeth again. Dr. Peoples & his whole team did the whole process efficiently & with great care. Thank you Dr. S!!! You and your team RULE 🙂 very grateful for your kindness and the whole experience. Definitely, don’t put off taking care of yourself- make yourself a priority & do make this place your go to 🙂 down below are my before & afters.

I had scheduled a simple dental cleaning at Woodland Family Dentist, which is fully covered under my insurance. I clearly mentioned over the phone that I was coming in specifically for a routine cleaning. However, during my visit, I spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes undergoing gum examinations, multiple X-rays, and discussions about various expensive treatment recommendations. Surprisingly, the actual cleaning,the reason for my appointment was not performed. When I later inquired about the cost of a "deep cleaning," I was told I would need to pay approximately $800 out of pocket even with insurance. I understand that evaluations are important, but it was disappointing to leave without receiving the basic service I had scheduled. Greater transparency about costs and treatment plans upfront would have been appreciated. Updated review : I’m updating my review after receiving a call from the office. They took the time to explain the clinical findings and the reasoning behind their recommendations, which I appreciate. While my initial visit was frustrating due to miscommunication, I now better understand the process. I’m grateful they followed up and clarified everything. I also want to mention that the doctor and hygienist were both very professional and thorough during my appointment. Thank you to the team for addressing my concerns and taking the time to explain things clearly.

My wife and I had a great experience at my our dentist office! The space was incredibly clean and professional, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The doctor and team were very informative, thorough, and transparent about everything. They truly advocate for their patients and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Dr. Peoples, along with Samantha, Miriam, and his assistant, consistently go above and beyond the standard of service. What really stood out to me was their commitment to flexibility in the plan of care. They took the time to listen to my concerns and work with me to find a treatment approach that fit my needs and schedule perfectly. They got me in on same-day notice and did crucial work that day. Dr. Peoples came highly recommended. The root canal and crowns were not painful and the results are very satisfactory. Hygienist is also great. They and all staff gave outstanding service.

I have been seeing Dr Peoples DDS for quite some time and he always takes care of any issues I have. My most recent appointments have been drawn out and he has done everything possible for me to have a great outcome. We are just about done and I am anxiously awaiting the end results I'm sure I'll love. Dr Peoples listened to all my needs and is delivering on them! Reaults!! I have now reached the end of my case and Dr Peoples has been great in getting me wonderful results. I really appreciate his patience since I can be quite picky with my bite and he is very good at fine tuning it for me. Everyone one in the office is helpful and kind and makes the whole process great!

Fantastic experience! I have had a lot of dental work in my years and this has been by far the best experience. Staff is friendly, welcoming, and highly educated. Got some cavity work done recently which was the first time in my entire life in which I felt no pain from the numbing shot to the actual fillings. Office environment is great with TV’s in every room to make cleanings or cavity fillings as enjoyable as they can be. Would recommend this office to anyone 10/10.
