I’ve been working with my insurance and the office for 6 months for a root canal that was not done properly. They have stopped returning my calls. Normally, a root canal should be completed to the end of the tooth. Mine is no where near that. Now I need to get another one. High suggest not going here, ESPECIALLY if you have TRICARE. Edit: They were able to figure out the insurance after 7 months. The woman I worked with in the billing office/ insurance for this dentist was the best part of my experience. Thank you.

Very nice white lady at the desk. The form s were meaningless for X-Rays, at least 20 pages or more for a 78 year old man who has suffered a stroke in the past. The white lady did help me out after my complaining about the non sense. The assistant was very rude and did not show elderly people knowledge. The Dentist was the same as the assistant, he was maybe worse. The office was very dry and gave off bad vibes. Most likely Will only return to get my X-Rays.

I had a great experience at this dental office! Savannah, the hygienist, was so professional and kind, and Britney at the front desk was very sweet and professional as well, i felt at home. The whole team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Also, a Big shout out to the Doc and Veronica too—everyone was wonderful. Truly smiles that last forever! I will be back soon!

Great experience at Temple Dental Spa. As a veteran, came here for VA community care and today’s appointment was X-rays and checking to see what type of cleaning for the future. Great experience with staff, dental hygienist, and dentist. Definitely coming back for my cleaning and laser cleaning!!! Appreciate you guys and see you sooner than later

My friend had a three hour appointment with iv sedation so I had to wait out front. The desk girls were nice, but one was extremely loud every time she said something. Like LOUD, boisterous talking /laughter at the same time. Between phone calls it was just incessant, loud babbling. There was a patient that came in while I was sitting here that was checking on the status of his insurance coverage. She was basically giggling and laughing while explaining to him the entire time that this insurance would pay for the crown, but not the buildup underneath and that they didn’t approve his IV sedation. Why should I know this just from sitting in the waiting room!? He was obviously extremely concerned and didn’t look like he was feeling great and it’s like she was just laughing the whole time… So inappropriate. I also needed to work while waiting, and it was total sensory overload! They had really ridiculous comments just before answering the phone almost every time it rang, ("Oh my God", "What’s going on with these phones", "Why are the phones ringing, ringing, ringing?") there’s music in the back, the TV is on, and then that added on top of their extremely loud talking, mostly one of the ladies, it was just too much to sit in here to get any work done while I was waiting. Just constant babbling. It was too much to listen too without trying to work. And I can tell you names and problems of a few other patients who walked in while I was waiting. That’s definitely not okay! I’m not even a patient, but just dealing with being present in the waiting area was too much for me!

I love this place. The hygienists are so sweet and efficient. I have so much anxiety surrounding the dentist, and they always make me feel so much more comfortable. Additionally, the dentists themselves have always been super thorough and quick. Highly recommend.
