had a great experience at Aspen Dental and couldn’t be more satisfied with the care and service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Alicia, the consultant I worked with, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough when explaining my treatment options. She made the entire process feel stress-free and never rushed me, which I really appreciated. Tati, the dental assistant, was kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. She made sure I was comfortable at every step and checked in often, which goes a long way if you’re someone who gets nervous at the dentist. Dr. Luisa was fantastic—professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and informed about my care. Overall, this team went above and beyond. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care with a friendly, supportive staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The entire team was awesome and so kind from the moment I walked in. Dr. Carvajal is a fantastic provider who truly takes the time to listen. They were incredibly patient in explaining my situation, making sure I fully understood every detail of my care and next steps. I felt heard, supported, and well-informed. I highly recommend Dr. Carvajal to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough doctor! And if you meet Abby!! She is a nurse I think she is so sweet

It was very wonderful for my first time coming to aspen dental, everyone was very nice, respectful and open arms to me and made me feel welcome and calm. Shout out to Tati, Sam and Kiera for making me feel comfortable while I was getting X-rays and helping me with my paper work and asking questions and shout to my financial advisor Mrs. Alicia for breaking things down where I can understand the financial side of my application to get me started with my procedure. I love you guys and appreciate everything and everyone.

First the office is very clean and the front office staff was very nice. Dr. Baia did an amazing job calming me down and assuring me everything would be fine. Had my tooth out in 10 minutes. Her assistant Gina was also the best with and helped with my anxiety as well. Alicia was also very sweet and great with explaining my financial responsibilities. I would recommend this place 10 times.

I had a crown pop off and they got me in same day. I was stressed about hurting my tooth and getting in quickly but EVERYONE was so kind. The front desk, delightful, the xray ladies? So sweet, the dentist? She called me my love and put my crown on easily while checking in on me and my comfort all the way. Even the billing department was delightful. They’re doing something right. After TERRIBLE experiences for seven years at Coast Dental and a couple at another dentist in town, I am actually believing in Tallahassee dentistry again. Go here. You won’t regret it!
