Dr. Tung D Nguyen, DDS

I was super excited to see Tung Nguyen as I was referred to him by someone whom I work with. When he first come in to meet me and reviewing my photos he was very nice, funny, I told him I had just left a practice of many years because they aren’t in network with my new insurance. I told him I’m not looking for anything but to keep up with my smile as I have really nice teeth. He told me with my insurance "Fidelis" I won’t get much with it. That I need to see a prosthodontist for what I was looking for. When I said I want to keep up with my smile and teeth he took it as I’m looking for aesthetics or maybe implants idk but I spoke with the Dental assistant about his comment when he walked out and she explained to me that that’s exactly what he meant. I scheduled an appointment to come back for a filling but received a call from April, she said that Tung stated he feels he can’t meet my expectations at this time and that I need to find a new dentist. I said he can’t fill my fillings? lol doesn’t he do this every day I was so confused. This has never happened to me ever before! But thank you April for being pleasant and sweet over the phone you might’ve saved me a headache in the future. Highly do NOT recommend if you are like me who asks a lot of questions and thural and pay attention to detail and who does not play about their teeth/health. Highly do not recommend.

Dr. Tung Nguyen is simply the best dentist I've ever worked with. He is kind, generous and, most important, extremely competent. I have every trust in his work and feel that he has my best interests at heart when he tells me what dental work I need. His staff is lovely and always make me feel welcome.

So ima be honest dr.Nguyen,DDS is not a magician healer he’s a real life dentist who takes damn good care of patients that are proactive in there own mouths he’s honest brutally honest that is what might embarrass you or hurt feelings so him ever making anyone feel uncomfortable in a unprofessional manner is bullshit.how do I no? Because I’ve not always been the best patient and had to hear some hard truths about my OWN lack of care not his.he’s my dentist and he’s a good one..

Dr Nguyen is amazing! He's funny and makes you feel as comfortable as possible and he actually tries to save your teeth rather than rip them out like all of the other dentists I've been to. The cleanings are gentle and wonderful after all these years I was terrified to get them, I'm no longer afraid. The staff is super friendly and they always have a wonderful playlist!! I love it here! Highly recommend!!

Very disappointed with the front end office staff. On 7/1/25 my son had a 4:30 appointment. Due to traveling from out of town and traffic in our local area his ETA became 4:35. I called the office and let them know he would be there by this time. They assured me that as long as he was there by 4:35 and not a minute later they would see him. Guess what? He arrived with a minute to spare and showed his time on his phone to the front desk and they said….. "Sorry. We will not be seeing you. You can reschedule." Obviously this is an office that does not honor their word. I’m glad I found out after being here for approximately 4 years. However, this has a happy ending! I reached out to some of my fellow medical professional friends and neighbors in my area and it seems like the place to go is New Country Dental (next door to CNS HIGH SCHOOL). I called and explained what just took place and they welcomed us with open arms. All 5 of us will now have a new dental home! Yay!

He is awesome, he is very caring and wont do work on teeth that doesn't need it.

All my life I had a hard time going to the dentist. Dr. Nguyen is the first dentist I would let do any work on me without gas or sedation. He is very sweet and makes sure you’re comfortable before even starting. He loves coming to work everyday with a big smile on his face and ready to save teeth, cause his motto is everyday is a beautiful day to save teeth. His staff is wonderful and amazing, I would go back everyday if I could to get my teeth cleaned and fixed by him. But make an appointment quick cause their slots fill up quick even for new patients!!
