Town Center Dental

I had an excellent experience at Town Center Dental of Suwanee from start to finish. From my very first phone call with the coordinator, to being warmly greeted when I walked through the doors, everything was seamless and welcoming. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely Pleasant. Dr. Harrison was truly exceptional. From the moment she entered the room, she gave off such a calming and positive presence. I immediately felt that I could trust her. She was knowledgeable, confident, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The procedure itself went smoothly with no issues, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. She even followed up after to the check on me, which really meant a lot. While part of me wants to keep this place in secret so I can always get an appointment, I can’t help but highly recommend Dr. Harrison in her amazing team. You will be in excellent hands….KH

The chair in the X-ray room was in terrible condition. It felt very off balanced and the right arm was cracked and separated.. It is a hazard..a cut or fall waiting to happen. I'm sure other patients and staff have complained about the chairs unstableness. You feel as if you're falling. Tiffany was GREAT!! Very detailed!! As I was checking out, the front desk attempted to over charge me. I signed paperwork before services began to only have an $83 balance.. The young lady quoted me an amount double plus, what I signed for. She blamed it on insurance not covering the extra amount on my last visit which was in August. I didn't like that! I told her the amount I paid in August, and that I was never contacted about a balance. She was not truthful about the insurance line. She talked with one of the other ladies up front, and the amount went down to the $83 that I had signed for..

We just moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Town Center Dental! Sarah was so communicative in helping obtain our treatment history records and giving accurate pricing estimates. Dr. Malik was detailed and very informative - he was able to make a plan that saved me from a root canal just in time! We look forward to being long term patients.

Dr conway & her assistant are awesome. I was nervice AF, but they answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. I had to get oral surgery which was NOT FUN, but definitely necessary. No issues no problems. 💯 1 person in the office i dont like is the office manager. I forgot her name, but the last time i was there, she was talking to me crazy and i had to clap back at her like miss you dont know who you are talking to & she backed up as expected. I had to get her right together. But other than that this office is great!

I hate going to the dentist however, when i tell you that Josh is the BEST dentist around, I'm not kidding! He is so gentle. He is kind. He is hilarious! He definitely makes you feel comfortable. I have sever anxiety and I don’t have to take my meds before going. THAT is how awesome he is! The staff is also amazing. They have worked me in a few times. I have never had an issue. They communicate not just with the patient, but the office staff as well. They are patient and kind! If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go!

I visited Dr. Malik yesterday for a deep cleaning and four fillings, and I must say the experience was excellent!!The clinic was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Malik performed my fillings with absolutely no pain, everything was done smoothly and professionally. They say, "no pain, no gain," but in this case, I had no pain at all and still came out with great results! Also appreciated how transparent the staff were about all the charges upfront, which gave me peace of mind with no surprise fees. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my business associates. I am so lucky to have been treated by Dentist Josh Levenson and his assistant Rasheeda. Greate doctor who fixed a major issue that I experienced as a result of another Dentist's dental work error. Dr. Levenson, I can't express enough of your attentiveness and professionalism. In addition, Nicole the Practice Manager, thank you so much for taking in my appointment urgently and making sure that I was taken care off well. Thank you so much again.
