Sunrise Smiles Dentistry

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The receptionists, dental tech, and dentist were all professional, caring, and made sure I felt completely at ease. Their Smile Station (with headphones, blanket, and neck pillow) was such a thoughtful touch. As someone with ADHD, little things like that make a huge difference, and for once I actually felt relaxed at the dentist. I drove 2 hours from Homestead to Sunrise and it was absolutely worth it — I finally found a dental office I can feel comfortable in and truly trust.

I came in as an emergency and they saw me very quickly. I really appreciated them fitting me at such short notice. I am very happy with the entire experience. The office is clean, the staff at the front desk are all nice, the dentist and the hygienist were both gentle, they took their time to explain everything and were very thorough. My favorite part of their room was the stress relief nook. As someone who suffers from anxiety it was nice to have something to fidget with during a very long procedure. If you're someone that has sensory issues they have other options such as headphones, neck cushions, blankets and different fidget gadgets. I'd definitely recommend them and will be coming back for more dental work besides my cleanings. Update: I've been back twice since my initial visit. Every time has been a pleasant experience. The front desk employees are nice. They always greet you when you arrive and Joclyn is always a pleasure to speak with on my way out, making sure I have my appts scheduled. She made making my emergency appt and all my follow ups easy to make and worked with my schedule. Because of these good experiences and flexible schedules my husband has now found his dentist.

I was a new patient today and had one of the best experiences i’ve ever had at the Dentist!! I have a lot of things that need to be fixed and was so happy to have a doctor and team to talk me through it all and make me feel comfortable. I was even able to come back and had a cleaning done by Claudia she was absolutely amazing. I’m SO happy to have found this place as my forever dentist now!!

Dr. Sifuentes and Evie (especially Evie who is lovely and wonderful and gentle and polite and wonderful) were so amazing. I had literally no fear or discomfort here and I feel like I'm coming out so much cleaner and with more knowledge. Plus they put on a movie for me 🙂

I was received warmly with professional courtesy and genuine concern for my overall well-being. Dr. Sweeney and provided useful information and insights. The office is staffed with knowledgeable and kind personnel. Yes, they really do smile 😃.

The verdict is still out on this dental office. The hygienist was probably the best part of the experience. I look for a certain bedside manner from all my providers and unfortunately this dentist was very lackluster. Very rushy and failed to explain many things. I immediately scheduled a second opinion after leaving the office.

They’re so kind and provide amazing service ! I love the environment and they make you feel incredibly comfortable and ease from the start. They also work very quickly and are very detailed oriented from receptionists to assistants to doctors. Highly recommend !
