I went to this dental office on Monday 1/19/26 to make an appointment for a teeth cleaning. This location was given to me by my insurance as being in-network. When I arrived, I asked the front desk to verify my insurance and schedule an appointment for Thursday 1/22/26. The front desk staff refused to verify my insurance and said they would "do it on Thursday." At the time, there were no other patients in the office, and part of the office lights were turned off, so they were clearly not busy. I still left a copy of my information and insurance card and was told it would be handled later. Today, Wednesday 1/21/26, the front desk called me and told me I needed to contact my insurance myself. Since verifying insurance is a basic part of scheduling, I canceled the appointment. I’m not looking for an apology — I’m writing this so future patients know what to expect. This was the least helpful front desk experience I’ve ever had at a dental office.

I started going to this dentist a while ago, and I can honestly say I absolutely love it here! My dentist is truly amazing — not only is he incredibly skilled at what he does, but he also makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to make sure everything is done perfectly. The staff is also wonderful — they’re so friendly, welcoming, and professional, always making me feel at ease from the moment I walk in. I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience!

I’ve been looking for an honest opinion and I was able to find that here! Happy to finally have my braces on can’t wait to see the results.

They are kind and considerate towards the patient. I love going to this location. They staff is awesome.

I'm generally very impressed with this dentist compared to the other dentists in the Houston area. I'm happy I went there and wish I went there sooner after the amount of quality research it took to find them. Dr. Kim did a thorough cleaning and was very helpful and ethical. Pearl the hygienist was very nice, helpful, respectful, considerate, and thorough as well. The office manager Jennifer was also affable and respectful. I look forward to giving them more of my business! I'm thankful. P.S. There was also not a long wait time to be seen from the lobby. And they were open to feedback for any potential improvements.

Great hygienist. Horrible front desk. Have called repetitively to ask if they accept my new insurance. 4 times now I have called and given all of my info which takes a bit of time. Not once has anyone called back but they will point the finger at whoever is off that day. Needless to say, I found a dentist in my network (which I found online and saw they actually are in my network as well) I then called to see if they can email my records to the new place which has also fallen on deaf ears. Do better.
