I had a really great experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. I especially want to shout out Lydia, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to answer my questions, made sure I understood everything, and genuinely cared about making my visit a good one. Her attitude and professionalism made a huge difference.

Excellent service. My dentist and the administrative staff are very kind and professional. Evelyn and Juan from the administration are especially helpful and friendly. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended!

Avoid this dentist if you’re seeking thorough and attentive care. I came in with jaw pain and concerns about possible TMJ. The dentist spent less than a minute evaluating me and immediately told me I needed to see an oral surgeon. After the appointment, I contacted an oral surgeon, who explained that a general dentist can typically diagnose and treat TMJ and that a night guard is often the first step, no oral surgeon required. This is also consistent with widely available information online. When I called the office to express my concerns and question being charged full price for what felt like an inaccurate and rushed assessment, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of empathy. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.

They explained my treatment plan with detailed and professional knowledge. The staff are friendly and kind. If you care about your dental health and want quality care, choosing Long Ridge Dental is an excellent decision.

Dr. Woo and Fathia are excellent! The front desk is always super helpful and amazing! Juan has always been super accommodating and professional! I highly recommend them!

The only professionals they have are the receptionist and the assistant, because the doctor only talks about pulling all your teeth without offering any solutions. They did the same thing to my husband. They want to pull them out because this is a business, so you have no other option but to pay for your implants. Don’t go to the place It's a waste of time.
