I had a great experience visiting Dr. Guimond. He asked great questions and listened to me. All the staff was very friendly and the office was nice and clean. I could tell all the staff was very knowledgable in their domains and explained everything very thoroughly as they were working, which made it friendly for those that may be anxious.

I had an amazing experience at this dental office! I went in for a tooth extraction and was honestly so nervous, but Dr. Guimond and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and the whole process went so much smoother than I expected. Their professionalism and compassion really stood out. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for gentle, quality dental care!

Miranda the hygienist was very personable. She explained a lot of things about my particular concerns. I had an Extremely good cleaning this was my first visit to the office. I Also had a pleasant visit with the office staff in particular Kim Minor. Doctor.Guimond was friendly as well.

Everyone was amazing! This was my first visit to them. I’ve tried several other dental places and this was FAR more thorough than all of the other places put together ! It’s been difficult finding a new dentist since mine (of 40 yrs) retired! Now I’ve found my new dental provider!! Thank you for making this a great experience!!

I cannot say enough, good things about this dental office. Dr. Susan Charles DDS is truly exceptional, not only incredibly skilled,but also kind,patient,and genuinely caring. You can tell she really goes above and beyond for her patients. The hygienist Shelly is also wonderful,gentle, thorough and always makes me feel comfortable during cleanings. I can’t forget Maisie, the receptionist at front desk.She is amazing,friendly,organized and always welcoming with a smile.

I've been a patient for several years and recently had an urgent need for the treatment of a cracked molar. From Kim in administration to Krystal and Dr. Guimond in patient care, I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Dr. Charles is a very kind person and Dr. Guimond has an old-school demeanor which made this baby boomer feel at ease.

Dr made sure my mouth was good and numb before extraction. Over the last couple weeks and still more to go, I have been in for quite a bit of dental care (I disliked going to a dentist) but even though I still get nervous, it has been a pleasant experience. Dr. Guimond and Krystal have been amazing!
