I had an amazing experience with my dentist! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The office is clean and modern, and they really take the time to explain every step of the process. My dentist Dr. Garrido is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about their patients’ comfort and results. I’ve never felt rushed, and every visit has been smooth and stress-free. Amazing staff! My mother went in for her appointment and everyone was very kind and helpful. Patricia made sure to explain the treatment to her very well and was more than happy to answer any questions or concerns she had. It provided my mother with a very soothing and relaxing experience.

Do NOT GO TO SAGE DENTAL. They have ambush pricing and when you want to speak to management about it you can ONLY speak to someone if you wait in hold. And you know the wait time I VERY VERY LONG. If I cannot trust you to give me the correct pricing THROUGH my insurance how can I trust you to operate (oral surgery) on my daughter? Yeah I can’t. Have a great day!

This office staff is very welcoming nice and efficient. The check in process was fast and smooth with the front office team. The dentist was very informative on the update on my teeth, professional, and remembered my issues from last time. She made sure I got my tonsils checked and advised on toothpaste for my sensitivity. The whole team overall is a ten out ten. Amazing people makes the process great for the patients.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care I received during a recent emergency visit for localized, extreme tooth sensitivity. Despite being in significant pain -specifically sensitivity to tapping, heat, cold, food, everything - this office performed a completely inadequate exam. While the office staff is lovely, the level of care was awful. They took standard 2D X-rays, which showed "nothing," and then failed to perform a basic bite-pressure test to check for cracks. Most concerningly, their advanced imaging (CBCT) was down, and they do not utilize surgical microscopes for clinical exams. If you have a complex issue or a potential "invisible" fracture, a standard X-ray is not enough. To be scheduled for an emergency diagnostic appointment when the necessary equipment is non-functional is a waste of the patient's time. I have since learned that without a CBCT (3D scan) or a microscope, they are essentially guessing. I will be taking my care to a specialist who has the technology required to actually diagnose the source of my pain and the ethics not to schedule an appointment when they don't. If you are looking for a practice that uses modern diagnostic standards for dental pain, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I can’t speak highly enough of this office! I’ve been anxious to begin dental treatment after putting it off for some time, but Dr Ariani Garrido Castillo, DMD and the entire staff at Sage Dental St Cloud are welcoming and kind! They’ve made the experience painless and judgement free. It was also a much more affordable experience than I originally anticipated. So thankful to have met such an amazing care team!

I came in here to have my permanent retainer glued down in one spot. I came in at 8:15 and wasn’t seen till 9:50 they had so many people in the waiting room while the girls were just non stop gossiping idk if they were just understaffed the front desk lady Alexis was very rude when I came in almost dismissive of me acting like putting me in the system was sooooo much work and made me feel uncomfortable. I was finally seen and they bring me a bill of 350 for one small spot to glue. I mean I just sat here for almost 2 hours already and for them to come and hit me with that is outrageous I’ve never paid more then 150 to glue a bracket. So I just got up and left told the not to worry about it. There are so many other dentist in St. Cloud I would go to them.
