Spokane Valley Dental by Nightingale

Probably the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. They did a great job making me feel comfortable. They explained the details of my service with a lot of understanding, shout out to the dental assistant Nicole! They also broke down the payments for my upcoming services very quickly and explained everything efficiently. They were very willing to work with me and answer my questions as well. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Thank you for all that you guys do!

Everything went great from initial scheduling through the entire first appointment. Very professional. Up to date facilities and equipment. Unlike other practices I’ve been to, there was no push for "extra services/slash charges." Just thorough evaluation and great cleaning. Highly recommend them. It does look like a fairly new building facility and signage is lacking, so finding it took an extra minute (not a big deal). I suspect they are working on that.

Today was my initial appointment at Spokane Valley Dental. I was very impressed with the administrative front desk. Jackie was my dental hygenist and she was absolutely great. Dr. Scott was my assigned dentist and he spent time asking questions to make certain I was comfortable with their office. Such a wonderful experience from setting the appointment, to walking in the front door. The atmosphere was inviting. I felt heard, and comfortable the through the whole process. It am not one to say I enjoy the dentist. Everyone from start to finish made this a good experience. They even had Christmas music playing which helped me relax a lot. The girls behind the desk were kind, the hygienist was very friendly, and the dentist had a wonderful bed side manner. He was knowledgeable, and understanding to my needs as a patient!! I would highly recommend them!! Stellar in all aspects!!

I really like everyone that works there. And I really like Dr. Scott. They are all very personable, have squeezed me in when needed and even stayed late to keep an eye on me when I was worried about my blood thinners. Top notch. I don’t have insurance so I joined their membership plan. I highly recommend.

Since my first visit, the care I’ve received has been TOP NOTCH!!! I will never go anywhere else. Alicia was my first point of contact and she is AMAZING!! Dr Leale has incredible skills and knowledge, takes time to explain the process and always makes me feel at ease in the chair.

It's hard to find a good dentist you can trust. I'm happy to say that Spokane Valley Dental has excelled on all dimensions I think are important. Not only are the staff members warm and friendly, the dentists are straightforward and genuinely caring, making sure to do what is best for you.
