I have needed a root canal for about 4 months on the same tooth and 4 months they have been scheduling then canceling I’m in agonizing pain and she’s not comfortable??? They set me up for a root canal on the tooth in pain just to call me days later cause they changed her mind but will do a root canal on teeth I’m not even concerned about right now , I think they genuinely like seeing people in pain cause I want to bash my own head in from the pain.. oh yeah and when prescribed me "anti biotics" and "pain meds" to help me with my tooth it’s was children’s ibuprofen and children’s Tylenol. When I was at my emergency appointment with her she told me to schedule a extraction and root canal for the same tooth just in case the meds work and can hold out, so I got some of my own meds and canceled the extraction. Good right? Nope they told me I’m now on the cancellation list and theyres nothing they can do for me , EDIT: they’re making accommodations and scheduled me and appointment to get this fixed

Dr Joslin, and Brittani were incredible today for my appointment. I came in with extreme tooth pain on 11/23/25, they were very friendly and listened to me, took some X-rays, were very considerate with me being pregnant. Also managed to come up with a plan.

Dr. Wood is doing a great job and the dentist assistant Amber was very nice and caring. They always do an amazing job, every visit I have a great experience with them.

My whole family has been going here for years and everyone here has always been patient, kind and helpful. Brittani assisted us today for Dr Karlson and they were both thorough and attentive. Thank you!

You advertise on Facebook that you were accepting new patients and that you have weekend availability. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and have a great dental insurance and was told that you are not accepting new patients and could not schedule an appointment. Unprofessional and perhaps you should take down your advertisement stating that you are taking new patients and have weekend hours as that is false

I spoke to shaylynn in urgent care to be checked in. I came to get a prescription refilled because I was out and was told to come to urgent care. She was extremely rude and treated me like complete crap and even having a snarky tone at times. You could tell I totally inconvenienced her. Chas is great just make sure you avoid her when you get in line. The nurse and doctor were AMAZING!

Just because you guys’s patience are with state insurance, you shouldn’t be treating people this way they are people too. you guys ruin people‘s teeth on purpose. Because they don’t know any better just so you guys can clean out there insurance you guys are fraud. I will not let you guys get away with this. They have the Worst dentists, they will never make it anywhere else but I guess that’s why they work there. I love my teeth and I always have gone for cleaning every 3 months payed out of packet. Ever since I started going here they ruined my teeth. I started getting a cavity in my front tooth on the inside and it was just a tiny dot and they told me it’s nothing EMERGENCY but you should take care of it sooner rather than later just so it doesn’t get any bigger. so I made an appointment went in to take care of it The dentist grind my tooth way too much and grind into the enamel and now they’re telling me because she grind my tooth too much she ruined my tooth and now I have to get root canal on a tooth that was perfectly fine. I hate this place. I am also going to report you guys to the state on what you guys doing.
