Apple Valley Dental And Braces

My first experience getting my teeth pulled was amazing. That Dr was kind and personal. He told me step by step what was happening. Great experience! Then I went to see the guy that does my actual dental fixture. He did not make eye contact with me once. He talked to his assistant the whole time. I finally had to interrupt their personal life conversation and I directly told him. Hello, I have questions. Basically I was made to feel like I didnt exist. They never spoke to me, they behaved like high school kids. It was rude ! These are my new teeth and he isnt even making sure they fit right. Or that I took to the mold right. Then he left the room without saying another word. I go back in today. Hopefully my experience isnt as awful as last weeks. Makes me think I shouldn't of picked this place to fill my dentures. And honestly im nervous about my final outcome. People dont like dentist anyways. They shouldn't be made to feel unseen and unheard. Smiles matter he may not have to wear it but I do. They didn't even offer me something to rinse with after that slime was in my mouth. I had to ask for it. Rediculas

Everyone who works here is extremely nice; however on numerous visits they’ve been over 30m behind for appointments. They’ve cancelled a couple appointments due to staffing and are booked out for over a month to get you rescheduled, and their new doctor, Jay, felt that it was appropriate to go 5 months between anything getting done with my braces and then telling me he needed to push my treatment plan out. I wish I had gone somewhere else for my braces.

Had 8 extractions done in less then 5 minutes. (Mere seconds)The oral surgeon here is absolutely amazing. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Give the surgeon a big thumbs up!!!

They took a tooth that I found out later their were other options to save as it was healthy but only under a small flap of skin that could have been removed leaving the tooth. They pulled it while my gums and mouth were still infected which spread the infection. They gave me shot in the cheek in the nerve where it wasn't even needed. They gave me no antibiotics. They didn't offer any paper explaining after care. The oral after care information and tools to do so lead to direct harm in the form of dry socket. When I went back for extreme pain and told them it was infected and I likely had dry socket they x-rayed me and knowing I had dry socket and an infection. Lied to me and told me I wasn't healing because I was too old. I'm only 55 yrs old btw. They told me I could see the X-ray and then wouldn't show me it. They then sent me a prescription for heavy antibiotics and an antibiotic mouth rinse, which I can't use until the tooth heals anyway, despite saying I was fine. Afterwards I got a second opinion the same day at Spokane Valley urgent care dental. They immediately told me I had dry socket and an infection. They treated it and I am finally on the mend. They people here were not only in dismay at the poor treatment I received before but outright told me it was completely wrong and damaged my healing socket and mouth. I believe that Spokane Valley Apple and Braces knew they were harming me but, did it anyway so I'd come back for further treatments so they could make the maximum amount of money off me. Never go there! They are actually dangerous!

This is a perfect example of why social medicine is a failed concept. Good luck with whatever you have done here. It’s literally a coin toss whether they’re completely incompetent or things go smoothly. In my case they couldn’t effectively send a prescription to the pharmacy within a reasonable timeframe.

Absolutely delightful from walking in and being greeted with a smile all the way to the end the tech named rj I believe made the experience as close to fun as he could for a dentist visit so I say thank you and I look forward to my next visit

I’m begging you please do not go here for your dental. They glued two of my teeth together. Didn’t fill any of my cavities correctly. They didn’t have an orthodontist in for probably over 4 months I know for sure, but I couldn’t get an appointment in for four months because they didn’t have an orthodontist. The first time I went to go get my cavity filled there they didn’t use any numbing or nitrous. It was so painful they couldn’t finish. Please find anywhere else to go for your dental and probably braces. I also have my braces on and they won’t do my back teeth when I’m paying out-of-pocket for them. When they filled my cavities my Bite isn’t correct. When I bite my teeth down, it’s like lopsided. I still have nerve damage in my tooth and it’s one of them that they glued together. They were supposed to refer me to get a root canal, but never did.
