The staff was incredibly kind and patient from the moment we arrived. Our appointment was scheduled for after work, so it was later in the evening, but everyone was still so pleasant and welcoming. When I walked in and saw how full the waiting room was, I honestly thought we’d be there all night. To my surprise, the wait moved quickly, and both my son and I were called back right at our scheduled appointment times with no delay. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I’m so glad I chose this dental office for my family!

Today was my very first visit to this dental center and it was truly a 10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. The dentist was incredibly informative and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The hygienist was an absolute gem. She was so gentle, attentive and patient. I needed a deep cleaning and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling amazing, confident and with my teeth feeling exceptionally clean. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my visit and highly recommend this office.

Worst dental service ever. I had an appointment with Southfield Family Dental Center on the 2nd of December due to me needing a root canal. The dental assistant took 18 X-Rays of my mouth and requested one of the dentist come and evaluate the X-Rays. The dentist reviewed the X-Rays and stated I definitely need a root canal. I spoke with the receptionist and was told the earliest appointment they have is December the 19th at 12:30 pm. I then asked will the root canal procedure be approved by my insurance by that time? The receptionist stated yes. The day prior to my appointment, December 19th, I received a call from a receptionist at Southfield Family Dental Center who stated they cancelled my appointment due to it not being approved by my insurance. I then called my insurance and asked them why wasn't my root canal appointment approved by them? My insurance stated they just received the root canal procedure information 2 hours prior to me calling them on the 18th of December. I was shocked as the receptionist stated she filed the procedure with my insurance company on the second of December. So why did the dental receptionist lie to me? I then had to wait for the holidays to pass for my insurance to approve the procedure as they are closed for the holidays. By the time my insurance company did approve the root canal procedure, it was the 2nd of January. Then Southfield Family Dental Center receptionist scheduled me for Jan. 15th, 2026. They assured me the dentist shall be able to perform the root canal since it has now been approved by my insurance company. Then on Monday, January. 12, I received another call from Southfield Family Dental Center stating the appointment has been cancelled due to the dentist reviewing the X-Rays and stating they cannot perform the root canal procedure. I was so livid because the Southfield Family Dental Center had my X-Rays for over a Month now. Now the dentist is just reviewing my X-Rays? This could have been done weeks ago. I couldn't believe it. Then Southfield Family Dental Center referred me to another dentist (Endodontics) to review my case. But they didn't take my insurance so I had to find someone else on my own. That said, I would NEVER recommend the Southfield Family Dental Center to anyone as they are unprofessional and incompetent. They also lack empathy. When I stressed to them my concerns, everyone in the office (except the dental assistant) had a nonchalant attitude like they didn't care. Most of the receptionist that work the front desk there act like its your fault they come to work.This was the worst experience I have ever had going to the dentist. If I could give them negative stars, I would do just that.

I went in today for zoom whitening with Devon. He made sure to explain the process and what results I could expect. The process was painless but there is some sensitivity to be expected after the process is complete. I find that not clenching your teeth or applying any pressure to them keeps the zingers away. You are to drink plenty of water for the next 24 hours. I suggest it to be room temp or slightly cooler because of the sensitivity. All in all I had a great experience with great results. OMG! What a bright and beautiful visit the staff was nice and polite, they were a very helpful. The Dr was Super nice and easy on the eye.could not have ask for a better experience as a first time client. Amazing

Patients Beware: THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE TELEPHONE though there’s a lot of reception staff. They let calls go to voicemail then send you a link via text. Interesting though, if you press 1 for new patients, they MAGICALLY answer on the 1st ring. But the other prompts are for existing patients so they simply send you to voicemail & won’t return your call. Patients who have spent TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars trying to get thru - good luck. They Do Not answer! Thanks to them I’m behind on appointments because I can’t reach anyone to schedule them. Dr. Rejab & his assistant Marcus get 5 STARS!!! They are absolutely incredible, professional, highly skilled, patient, kind, caring & about business. They’re the ONLY reason I’m still a patient. However, I will not refer anyone to this place & I won’t be back when I’m done.

Best dentist office I have been in.... HANDS DOWN. Rita and Carrie were excellent. Very professional. My Mom was very comfortable with the staff. They made her feel welcomed and at ease about her concerns. Smiles are definitely contagious here. Staff very friendly.Dr.Rajb was amazing. He didn't rush my Mom. He listened to her concerns with a smile. . Highly recommend Southfield Family dental to anyone. Anxiety???....... No problem this is the place to come. Thank you for this Great service.
