Dr. Eugenia Adlai

I have known this office since 2018, but this is the first time in so many years that I have encountered such hostility. New Office Manager Sasha does not know how and does not want to retain old patients, increasing the price of the service within a couple of months. Prefers Cash to insurance... If you pay by "Care Credit" card, then Ella (office worker) require 5% on top your final bill. A deposit of $400 is also required, cash if before going to the doctor visit. Of course, I don’t know who robbed them or didn’t pay, but this doesn’t look like the Welcome Dentist Office any more.

I have been coming to Dr. Adlai through a recommendation of a friend. This is the 3rd year I have been a patient and the staff is the best!! Warm and loving and makes you feel at home. I had extensive dental work done recently and extremely happy with everything that has been completed. Dr. Adlai stands by her work and always there, night and day for any emergency or next day appointments when available. Madina, Marina, and staff are absolutely wonderful!!! I have been treating with Dr. Adlai for approximately 5 years. In addition to being skilled and professional, she is a very caring person who goes above and beyond to help her patients. She is truly one of a kind. She also has the friendliest office staff of any medical facility I've been to in the last 20 years. I highly recommend Dr. Adlai.

I do not recommend. In the case of my wife, it did not even come to a visit to the doctor. Since the woman with whom I spoke on the phone was rude to me, behaved unprofessionally, she answered my questions vaguely and evasively. And when she called to remind me of my wife’s appointment for tomorrow, at 7.30 PM, she said that maybe my visit tomorrow would have to be rescheduled, despite the fact that my wife had a toothache and I told them about it, so we waited 5 days before the visit. People just don't have a conscience.

I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist and before Dr Adlai, I had been unable to go for near 7 years. All of the ladies here are wondeful and caring. They all have helped so much, I have beautiful teeth again! I would recommend everyone!

Staff office is rude and behaved unprofessionally. Price of service changed without notice. Doctor without hearing a client explanation cancelled the appointment and refused to serve the client. Another discrimination case. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent facility with even better staff. No matter what the issue is the ladies here will make sure to take absolute best care of your dental needs.
