The staff was very friendly. Customer service is a disappearing service in our culture today, but they offered good old uplifting customer service with their smiles, and acknowledgement of your presence and appreciation for your business. Little things like -someone will be with you shortly, no problem we’ll check that for you, have a nice day etc. I appreciate the special attention Dr. Werdlow gave me, making me feel I’m important to her. I’m glad I became one of their clients.
