Bright Side Dental

Entire experience was 5 star.from the time spent in the phone making the appt. I had friendly pleasant interaction with that person. I have never been to Southfield location so I was a "new patient" The day of my appt was great. Friendly front desk treating. Great x-ray tech to do a full scan and each individual picture also. And Dr was so nice. He listened to me and complemented my teeth and said all looks good and kindly made adjustments to my night guard.

My daughter, Jada had a dental emergency. The professionalism started at the front desk counter, and the professionalism did not end until we left out of the door. They took good care of my daughter and myself. I would highly recommend this office. I’m actually switching my other two kids to this dentist office. See you guys soon

Dr. Patel and her staff are wonderful. I came to them a few years ago and was really impressed. And then I wind up getting some new insurance. Now I'm back and I understand why I came back. They are so nice. They do such a good job. They are very professional, Dr Patel and her crew. I cant remember the young lady that clean my teeth amazing personality.I hate coming to the dentist and they made the experience.So welcoming , Also, very happy to be back Amazing people !!! I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and their staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. They took their time explaining everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about my comfort throughout the entire visit. Dental visits can be stressful, but any stress or discomfort was easily met with patience and understanding. Everyone is incredibly patient, skilled, and compassionate. You can truly tell they love what they do and want the best for their patients. I’m so grateful to have a dental office I fully trust and would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

The dentists and hygienists are truly great—professional, kind, and thorough, and I’ve always felt well cared for during the actual appointment. Unfortunately, the overall experience is frustrating. Appointments are ridiculously long because they pack so many patients in (myself and my sons have had appointments that lasted 5+ hours long), the prices are very high compared to other offices (can get 4 Invisalign retainers at other dentists for the price of 2 from here), and the amount of phone calls/texts is excessive. My most recent appointment I was told they could not do a crown and I would need an implant. I went to another dentist who was not only able to do the crown, but if I had gone with an implant it was almost 1,000$ cheaper. While the clinical care is excellent, the scheduling, cost, and communication make it hard to recommend.

This place was amazing. From the front desk to the dental assistants to the cleaning to the actual dentist! Very comfortable environment. They all smile and speak with such care and professionalism. Dr. Adams was my dentist and he’s definitely a 10/10. And they never once made me feel judged
