Lovely hygienist. However I felt pressured to receive a lot of work that wasn't necessary after getting a second opinion. Also I received repeated outstanding payment texts for bills that had already been paid. In one instance I received surprise extra charges for work previously done & paid for months down the line when going to a routine cleaning. Very regretful experience with their patient management & billing process.

I've been a Dental Arts patient for 10+ years, and I’ve had some outstanding hygienists like Audrey. In addition to her warm personality, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and innovative. She makes each experience comfortable and pleasant by checking in throughout the cleaning procedure to make sure I’m feeling okay, and she always takes the time to answer my questions or concerns. She’s so good at what she does, I’ve raved about her to my dentist friend who lives all the way in Germany!

I've been going to Dental Arts for years, and I must say, Audrey is absolutely a one in a million hygienist. She has a wonderful, charismatic energy that makes every interaction with her feel very human. As someone with anxiety and autism, going to the dentist can be scary no matter how friendly and clean the environment seems, but she truly puts her patients at ease by accommodating their surroundings to fit their needs and comfort. She fills the appointment with your choice of music, sensory pleasing lights, and light conversation- it really makes your time there fly! For parents, I imagine her youthful aura will motivate your kids to take better care of their teeth. As a teenager, I was far more receptive of someone I deemed as "cool" encouraging me to clean my teeth than an adult nagging me. Your kids will probably look forward to seeing her there. It's truly something to be cherished. Dr.Dobrin is an amazing dentist as well. He is a very soft spoken, mild-mannered, patient, and a very gentle person who has very clearly honed his craft. He's very respectful and cares deeply about his jobs and patients. It's a privilege to be cared for in a place with such genuine people.

AUDREY IS THE BEST! She is so kind and gentle and patient-centered. I actually look forward to my dental cleanings, thanks to her. She checks in with me throughout the cleaning and makes a sincere effort to get to know me. Her technique is also amazing. I never feel pain, and she is very efficient. In fact, every cleaning and procedure I have had at Dental Arts has been great. Thank you Audrey and the whole Dental Arts team!

Had my first cleaning with Audrey today. She was great! I hate going to the dentist but she cultivated a calming atmosphere and made it as painless as possible. You could tell she had a passion for helping to improve people's teeth, and cares about keeping you comfortable.

Audrey is the best!! She always does a wonderful job during my cleanings and amazingly makes the experience fun and relaxing! I have had such a great experience every time, and she is so personable it makes the time fly. Last year, she also whitened my teeth; it was so fast and it looked great. Thanks Audrey! Dr. Hu is so nice and great to work with as well 🙂

I have a long history of complicated dental work and surgeries which has made me very anxious when it comes to going to the dentist. Going to dental arts I have always had a great experience from the receptionist, to Dr. Dorbin and his assistant. But I am doing this review because I am very grateful to have Audrey as my dental hygienist. With her you are not just another patient in her chair. She is personable, caring, and compassionate and is very talented. My fear and anxiety of going to the dentist disappears as soon as I’m in her chair. My experience with her is one I will never have anywhere else.
