Assembly Dental

It’s been 5 years I’ve been a patient at Assembly Dental. You most likely won’t believe me when I say this — but I do like going to my dentist! Dr. Chan and my lovely hygienist Nathalia always take such great care of me. They’re kind, gentle, and genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and health. The whole team is professional and welcoming, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. If you're looking for a dental office where you'll feel respected, comfortable, and in good hands, I highly recommend Assembly Dental!

My experience with Assembly Dental was not only welcoming but very efficient. I left the office very satisfied with my cleaning, my hygienist made me feel comfortable and confident with my teeth. She informed me on what needed help and what I was doing good which let me know that my future with my teeth was bright if I kept coming to assembly dental.

I called this place in pain. I told the receptionist I haven’t slept in almost 40 hrs due to pulsating pain in my jaw and teeth. I just got new dental insurance and they are in network. The lady proceeds to tell me the next available appointment is over 30 days away. She advised me "people cancel every week" it’s as if we weren’t having the same conversation at all. Talk about customer service.

Dr. Cheong is an amazing dentist. One of the things I struggled with was correcting my bite. Before him many have tried and many have failed and with diligence and care and a little Invisalign magic I can confidently say I am probably the most confident with myself smile I’ve ever been because of Dr. Cheong. If you need a something done right can’t go wrong with Dr. Cheong.

Dr. Elliott is so kind and helpful. His staff and dental hygienists were great.

I was genuinely excited to try Assembly Dental. The receptionist and other staff were kind, professional, and quick to respond. I really appreciated their warmth and efficiency! Unfortunately, my experience with the dental care itself was disappointing. Dr. Winger spent less than five minutes with me and recommended a $1.2K treatment for one chipped tooth (after insurance), even though another staff member had already started preparing filling material which is what I had come in for. When I mentioned I couldn’t afford the treatment, the doctor didn’t return or offer any alternatives. Even if there genuinely weren’t any solutions, the interaction felt awkward, dismissive, and made me feel small. I had made a real effort to be here and hoped to find care. I left feeling very sad that this didn’t work out and that dental care just may not be accessible even with insurance.

I’ve been coming here for years. I now live south shore and still make the drive because it’s so worth it! Such professional and FRIENDLY staff. Super clean and modern place. Love it!
