All staff here are welcoming. The moment one walks in the door you are greeted and seated. The wait time is relatively short! I go as recommended , every six months. If I need a crown looked at or a whitening kit… I know the personal at this office would deliver! Looking forward to my mid-June cleaning!

I've been a patient with Dr. Ronald Picchetti, DDS at DentalWorks in Skokie for years, and the whole team makes every visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. Picchetti is skilled and attentive, always thorough with procedures. The hygienists stand out—they're gentle, knowledgeable, and take time to explain everything, making cleanings and treatments far less stressful than elsewhere. The front desk team is equally impressive: friendly, efficient, and great at handling scheduling, insurance, and any questions with zero hassle. It's a reliable, professional office where everyone contributes to a positive experience. Solid recommendation for anyone in the area.

Dr Paul Buenvenida was incredibly professional and had a wonderfully caring and comforting chair-side manner! I am so pleased to have a new Dentist office to call home! The x-ray technician was so kind and knowledgeable. She was so calming and helpful situating the machine in my mouth. I so appreciate her ensuring it was all done correctly the 1st time meaning no redos needed! After the x-rays, and the Dr examination, the final step was a technician that cleaned, polished and flossed my teeth! The office was assigned to me as I just changed employers and got a new insurance coverage. I felt safe and cared for and I highly recommend this office for their professionalism, and patient care.

Celeste is the odfice manager not a nice person. She has no customer service skills. She lies about confirmation of appointments.I've been waiting over a month for the doctor to call and it's always a run around. They want your money but cant even get the work done in a timely matter. My daughter had brace is on for the pass three years when the treatment plan was only for 18 months. I was so pleased with the staff at this office. Dr. Atarchi was so great with my extractions, no pain and great information regarding the after care. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Not going to lie I was a bit hesitant to go here because it’s kind of a chain dentistry, but very professional. My root canal got fractured by my braces and the dentist took me right away for an apt and they even had a periodontist on board (only is there once a month). They had to talk to my orthodontist which they did in a timely manner. The day of the extraction I didn’t feel any pain what so ever and he did his job well. Everything went smoothly. I recommend!

I had great experience at this dental clinic.I have been going to this place for years. They always take care of me. I’m treat with respect and friendly greeting. Never judge about my teeth only recommendation to have health gum and teeth. I can’t thank them for take care of dental hygine.
