I had an exceptional experience at Brighter Smile Dentistry, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I walked in, the service was prompt with no wait time at all, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The front desk team was extremely professional and welcoming, greeting me warmly and making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The office itself was immaculately clean, smelled fresh, and had a very calming atmosphere. The soothing music playing on the TV added an extra layer of comfort and helped create a relaxing environment, which is something you don’t often find at a dental office. The dental assistant, Emily, was outstanding. She was incredibly gentle, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her calm and caring approach truly made a difference and showed how much the team values patient comfort. Dr. Kaur is truly exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about dentistry, and it shows in the way she cares for her patients. She took her time explaining everything that was needed, never rushing the process, and made sure I fully understood my treatment. What stood out most was how she used photos of my teeth, walking me through the before-and-after images, which made the experience both transparent and educational. I’ve always been very diligent about my dental health and regularly attend my dental visits, so I have high standards when it comes to care. This visit was not only wonderfully pleasant, but also genuinely educational, which I truly appreciated. The level of care here is leaps and bounds ahead of other dental offices I’ve been to, and all the five-star reviews are absolutely well deserved. I would highly recommend Brighter Smile Dentistry to others. I left feeling respected, informed, and cared for. It’s refreshing to know that there are still providers who truly value honesty, comfort, and patient-centered care. This office truly cares about people—and it shows in every aspect of the experience.

Brighter Smile Dentistry is a great clinic. The staff is very professional but also warm and friendly. They took their time to explain the treatment and made sure I was comfortable. The place is clean and well organized. I’m happy with my visit and would come back again.

Dr. Abrar and the entire staff were professional and pleasant. The office and office atmosphere was calm and inviting, and very nicely decorated. Everything was clean and high tech. This was my very first visit and I am quite satisfied. Thank you Brighter Smile.

Such an amazing experience here! Wonderful staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful, from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist. A+ service! Clean and modern facilities. Calming music and videos playing in each room. Couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!

Customer service is good, but the business model is based on swindling customers. I went in to try to get a flipper, and everyone was very friendly. It seemed like a nice family business and my hopes were high at this point. This changed when they sent me the wrong treatment plan that I had never seen or agreed to. The plan was for three crowns. This is absolutely fascinating, because the dentist had never examined me at this point, and I had no complaints about the teeth in question. This leads me to believe that the facility is deciding which treatments to impose on patients ahead of time and then talking them into it when the time is right. Incredibly dishonest and shameful behavior. I emailed the receptionist explaining that the plan I received was not correct. She simply said it was an "alternative plan", and then presented me the correct plan for the flipper. They billed it at $1600 before insurance. In case you are wondering, flippers typically go for $400 to $500 dollars, making this a ridiculously high price. I honestly have no respect left for this practice. If you only value customer service and nothing else you may like it. Otherwise, I would not trust these people with your money or your teeth. My search for a good dentist continues

Top of the line state of the art x ray machines! Better than any other office I’ve ever seen or hear of in the Illinois Chicago area. No place compares to the level of thorough care you will receive.The Dentist is the BEST OF THE BEST! Never met one that is better than her in my life. Great exam, great high end state of art X-ray machines and great thorough cleaning and dentist does great job at communicating the best treatment plan and course of actions on what your unique teeth truly need. Dentist and all staff from the amazing receptionist who is very pleasant, attentive and understanding makes the scheduling check-in and check out proceeds very easy. All the staff here at Brighter Smile Dentistry are all very kind, professional and thorough. Great experience! I just had an extraction done and the dentist did an amazing job. The process was efficient, the office was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. Highly recommend!
