I had two wisdom teeth removed this week. Dr. Zachary Jones was calm, focused, and efficient. What I appreciated most was his direct communication — clear options, no unnecessary small talk, just professionalism and respect. Even during surgery, I felt safe and well cared for. Recovery has been going smoothly. Very grateful for the care I received.

Dr Jones did wisdom teeth extraction and an exposure procedure for multiple teeth on my extremely nervous 14 year old daughter. He and the entire staff were excellent. He has a very calm and empathetic demeanor and took his time to explain everything before and after the procedure. I hope this is our last oral surgery; however I would not hesitate to schedule with Dr Jones and MOSA if needed. The staff was equally patient and professional. I trust this place. I had my own wisdom teeth out here and just took my son for his wisdom teeth out. They did a great job, were clear with everything and very competent and caring. I will definitely come back here the next time I'm unlucky enough to need oral surgery!

My Experience with MOSA My first visit to MOSA was for a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Lisa Cohen and her assistant. The procedure was pain-free, quick, and very comfortable. The staff were respectful, disciplined, and professional. The office is clean, bright, and calming, with large windows that let you look outside — it really helps you relax. The price for the extraction was very reasonable and affordable. From start to finish, everything was excellent. I hope to return for other services, and I highly recommend MOSA to anyone who needs an extraction or oral surgery care.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. My brother had his procedure at the Greenbelt location and consistently raved about how easy and pain-free the office made his recovery, so my experience here was especially disappointing. From the moment you check in, the office operates very much like a fast-food assembly line, you’re immediately rushed to pay, but when you actually need medical attention or clinical support, that same urgency is nowhere to be found. I have been experiencing acute TMJ issues since Saturday, including my jaw locking and a severe headache across my temples as a result. I called on Monday simply to get an appointment so someone could take a look and assess what was going on. Despite clearly explaining my symptoms and the level of pain I was in, I was not offered an in-person evaluation. Instead, I was instructed to continue taking ibuprofen and Tylenol — specifically 600 mg of ibuprofen — with no examination, no assessment, and no attempt to see me. That was the full extent of the care provided. When a patient is reporting jaw locking, facial pain, and functional limitations, it should warrant more than generic medication advice over the phone. I felt dismissed and unsupported, and it became clear that efficiency and billing were prioritized over patient care. This experience was frustrating and disheartening, and it did not reflect the level of care I expected or that others have received at different locations.

Kindness and competence - what else can you ask for? Dr. Cohen and her staff were wonderful with my son’s wisdom teeth removal. Instructions were very clear and he felt very comfortable.
