King Dental LLC

Great experience. Dr. King personally cleaned my teeth, which I really appreciated. The office was very clean, and everything felt professional and well organized. I was in and out with no long wait, which made the visit even better. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. King is fabulous. Professional, communicative, gentle and kind. He told me some procedures someone else had recommended aren't necessary. He did the best cleaning I've had, and was incredibly gentle. Dr. King clearly cares tremendously about his patients' health in all regards. I totally trust his judgment and his skills. Highly recommend!

We arrived and apparently we came in through the back parking lot bc we didn’t see the elevators so we walked up 3 flights of stairs. FYI they do have an elevator and FYI #2 don’t park in the parking lot bc your car could potentially get towed. There is a warning sign in the office. {Street parking available but please pay bc we saw cars with tickets} Now onto the appt. My daughter went in for a Dental exam, cleaning and X~Rays {shout out to Groupon} she went in by herself and the Dr was really nice , made small talk which made her feel comfortable. The appointment took about 20 minutes which was nice with no wait. She was super ecstatic about her swag bag that included: Scope Mouthwash, Charcoal toothpaste and charcoal toothbrush.

Do not go to this dental office. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any healthcare provider. They completely failed to send the necessary documentation to my insurance company, and as a result, I was personally billed for the full amount — hundreds of dollars that should have been covered. I called and followed up several times, but the staff kept giving me excuses and never took responsibility. Weeks went by with no resolution, no callbacks, and no sense of urgency. Their communication was terrible. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place unless you want endless headaches, surprise bills, and no help getting your insurance claims processed. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

I was able to obtain a convenient appointment quickly. I was seen right away when I arrived and everyone was friendly.

Edited to add stars after finally getting an appointment. Dr. King was terrific, and I will go back, even if it takes a month to get a call back. Bought a Groupon for exam/cleaning service, but have not been able to schedule an appointment after three weeks of trying. Have left voicemail messages, emailed, and tried scheduling through website, but none of the applications work and no one has called me back. When I’ve called during business hours, it has gone to voicemail, kept ringing (with no voicemail option), and has gone to a message saying they are closed. Unsure of dental services, but the customer service has been lacking.
