Wow when I walked in there the ladies at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Then the dentist assistant came and got me above friendly then the Dr came Dr Woo she is the most calmest Dentist I ever came across. They calm me because my anxiety was sky high and for that im forever grateful. Thank you everyone from the beginning to the end and I can finally say I FOUND A GREAT DENTIST.

Dr. lee and the team at Smile By The Station dentistry are cheerful, kind and accommodating - do good dental work with attention to detail, and are available to provide the best possible service according to my needs. Always thanks to Dr. David Silver, who established the clinic and now has moved on - who made every effort to repair and protect my broken teeth. Many thanks also to Dr. Lee who now runs the clinic - I am great-full for his knowledge, skill and support to keep my teeth healthy and strong - all I have to do is keep them clean - a daily job I am lucky and happy to do!! I had best experience at smile by the station dentistry, loved the environment, that was amazing with amazing staff. It was my first visit but not last. They are doing amazing. The experience at Smile by the Station Dentistry was exceptional efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. My regular checkup and cleaning were completed in less than an hour. The location is also incredibly convenient, situated directly across from the Othello Link station, making access effortless. What truly sets this practice apart is the dentist's professional integrity. They explained all details clearly but never pushed unnecessary or costly procedures, such as immediate root canals or wisdom teeth extractions. Unlike other dental offices that pressure patients into extra steps, I felt zero pressure and have complete confidence in their ethical, professional advice. Finally, as a native Korean speaker, communicating with the dentist in my mother tongue was a huge benefit. This provided seamless, comfortable, and culturally familiar care. I highly recommend this office.

This was my first time at SMILES BY THE STATION DENTISTRY office. There's a stairwell to the second floor and also an elevator. Upon my arrival I immediately noticed that this was NOT your typical dentist office. The ambiance was very calm and soothing. It felt as if I was a family member rather than a client. The ladies at the check in desk are really friendly, professional and speak perfect English. I was ten minutes late for my appointment and was greeted with the utmost kindness. I gave them my ID & insurance info then, I had to fill out 5 pages worth of documents presented to me on a tablet. It was very easy to understand & complete. After completing the forms, I had to wait for less than 5 minutes. My Doctor was this young Asian female who was very caring, professional, knowledgeable and fast. She explained to me the type of treatment & care that I need and will be receiving. Long story short, I was in and out in less than 20 min including the wait time. Upon, leaving the ladies that greeted me in the beginning, made sure I had my ID & insurance info, then asked if I would like my next appointment reminder on a business card, Email or text. I highly recommend SMILES BY THE STATION DENTISTRY for all your dental needs.

Dr. Emily Wu and her team are amazing, thoughtful, and gentle! Dr. Wu made me feel at ease during my appointment. I would highly recommend them!

Thank you and looking forward to visit them again. OCT 24th My last appt for this year to cover my insurance spending. Had my permanent crown fixed. I Appreciate my Dentist Dr Lee so much as well as her Asst for their awesome interaction and dentao job done. I heard the other patients conversation with Dr Lee. As he explained to them how the procedures and insurance will cover it. No pressure and job well done. Kudos to them I will see them again next April 2026. More power to the company and staff.
