Smiles 4 Keeps - Scranton

My daughter had an appointment today that required her to get sedation. When we arrived we checked in and then a lady from the front desk came over to me and told me my daughter couldnt be seen and I would have to reschedule for a later date because they only do sedation in the morning. I asked why they would even schedule her for a later time then and her response was i dont know. My son also was along for his appointment and when he was called back I let Angel know what happened and how we just drove 2 hours to get there. I want to give a shoutout to Angel for checking to see if they could try and get my daughter in still for local instead of sedation. She took my daughter back and was able to work on her. She was super kind and amazing with my daughter who is 5. I cant thank her enough for saving us another trip back at the end of the month! Angel you are the best! Thank you so much!! ☺️

I had such a great experience at Smiles 4 Keeps. Everyone was so friendly and patient with my son. Elaine was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Lisa did an amazing job cleaning my son’s teeth — she was gentle, thorough, and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. And Josie was also very nice and helpful. Thank you to the whole team for making his visit so smooth and well organized.

Today my two boys had a dentist appointment with Dr Dan, Elaine with X-rays and she was so pleasant and welcoming with my son and made him so comfortable. The hygienist Janine and Antonella cleaned their teeth so well and the assistance Karen and Jenny were the nicest. This has been our dentist for 6 years and I love them.

My children were seen by Sam, Rachel, rosh, Brenda and Dr Cathy. I have to give all the credit for their patience and kindness to my children. The work was done so professionally and they are so kind and comforting to the kids! Definitely best experience we’ve had at the dentist yet and I couldn’t thank these kind women enough. Thank you for all you guys do!!💖

Hands down the best experience. The compassion, kindness, and care the Scranton team gave my 3 daughters was phenomenal. From the beginning of the process to the end, the team made sure to explain everything. Special thanks to Amber, Elaine , Angel, Joshua for the amazing support and ensuring the safety of my girls !!!

The staff at Smiles for Keeps is amazing. My daughter has selective mutism and they were so patient and kind with her. There was a little communication error and they went above and beyond to correct it! would like to thank Elaine, Sam and Dr Kathy for everything.

Moving to PA from Jersey it’s a big difference. I found the perfect dentist Smiles 4 keeps they are awesome. They took care of my son really good he felt so comfortable and you can tell they care. They even talked to him about football . I would definitely recommend them. My son had no pain and had several procedures done. We will definitely stick with them. Thank you Smile 4 Keeps.
