I had such a smooth experience at Dental works Schaumburg. My Dengal hygienist and the front desk team were amazing and highly co-operative with my paperwork. They delivered their best! I always look forward to my appointments. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience overall. They have a very friendly and professional staff. They accommodated me with last minute processing and transfer of records as a new patient efficiently. The location is well decorated, well kept and had a nice vibe. I highly recommend.

I've been coming to this place for years and my kids come here for their dental visits. The staff are very friendly and are always in a good mood. I've become friends with all of them.

I would avoid at all costs. My daughter had been "rostered" since March. I made an appointment a week ahead for exam and cleaning last week. Less than 24 hours before appointment, after I was told that my daughter was good to go from the office and insurance, scheduled time off work and called her out of school, I was advised via email that the doctor that was contracted with my HMO no longer works for the practice and I would need to pay $350 for services. I explained my frustration regarding the situation about the gross oversight from the establishment to be told "these things happen". You know what else happens? Going out of business for treating patients poorly and not taking accountability when you mismanaged a situation.

My experience was pretty good, since I was able to get my usual dental cleaning done pretty well, and even got to have a cavity filling the very next day afterwards! The area is pretty nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and I am very glad to have come here especially since my insurance is taken here. Definitely would recommend coming here, although I should mention to be on time, since I wasn't my very first time, but nothing to complain about as per my complete experience nonetheless.

Very friendly environment. Front desk very knowledgeable in getting me signed in and out getting all paperwork and appointments ready. Place is so clean and beautiful. I would recommend Dental Work to anyone who are afraid of going to the dentist. One visit and you will feel very comfortable when making your next appointment.
