Nikki was awesome! She was very thoughtful in the stretches and my neck already feels less tighter. Will be coming in weekly to address my concerns - I’ll pick a stretch session over a deep tissue massage moving forward.

I had an assisted stretch session with Ashley and she was fantastic! She was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to my needs and figure out how I can make a stretching a regular habit. The stretch felt both effective and relaxing, and she checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling looser, more flexible, and energized. Drew at the main desk was great too. Looking forward to my upcoming sessions!

Chelsea was so informative and incredibly helpful with talking me through the experience. She was gentle and left my body feeling great! Great business.

Great experience for my personal needs. This is one of those things I didn’t think I needed consistently, but I realized today I do! Bella was amazing!

I came in hoping to get a nice good stretch and Richard didn't disappoint. He was attentive and explained each stretch he was doing. He was also motivating, which inspired me to get a membership that I know will be worth it :). This was my first time getting an assisted stretch and now I am obsessed. Its alot of construction going on around the facility, so it was a little hard to find it initially. Other than that, this location is clean and the staff are welcoming.

I had such an amazing experience at StretchLab with Richard! I came in with a lot of joint and muscle pain, and he worked with me so carefully and effectively that I left feeling like a brand-new person. Not only is he highly skilled, but he’s also incredibly kind and great to talk to. Truly a 10-star experience,I can’t recommend him enough!

Getting stretched by Spencer is my favorite 50 minutes of my week! He's the BEST. If you haven't been, run! You need it!
