Dr. Curtis provided me with professional care during my Surgery. Having eight teeth removed was daunting for me.The process was painless with the use of IV medication and the recovery went well without any infection complications. I highly recommend him and his team for any biological dental work.

5 years ago my health mysteriously crashed after being healthy and active all my life. It was devastating and systemic. And it was from a failed root canal. Two months earlier I had my first and only root canal done. I went back to the oral surgeon who did the procedure and he did a cone scan to make sure the root canal wasn't the cause of my sudden health decline. The scan looked fine to him. So I thought I ruled out the root canal as my issue. Mistake number one: I didn't get a second opinion. Long story short I had crazy neurogical issues, sensory distortion to smell, taste, sound and sight. I rapidly started losing strength in my lower body and my ability to walk. My body started wasting rapidly. I began experiencing extremely intense nerve pain that would cycle in my pelvic floor, hip joints, sacrum low pack and neck. I could not bend over to pick up anything on the floor. And if I went to the floor I couldn't get back up. I became so intensely sensitive to cold and had to wear a down jacket to open the refrigerator and bundle up everywhere despite mild temperatures. In a period of 6 months I went to 4 different emergency rooms, multiple general practioners and specialists. I consulted with the physical medicine department at Mayo clinic. I went to acupunturists, herbalists, naturpaths and energy healers. I presented with so many symptoms and none having to do with my teeth or mouth and my bloodwork kept showing in normal ranges. Despite the fact I was so obviously sick! It was literally 5 years ago around Christmas I was reading these reviews on Dr. Brookover at Integrative Dentistry of New Mexico and I found the entry of an absolute angel who recounted a very similar story of health destruction and being near death with nothing to lose and had Dr. Brookover remove her root canals. She described a complete turnaround in her health over time. It was in the middle of Covid and it was near impossible to get access to care anyways but with the holidays I did not have high hopes of getting in. I figured I take a chance and left a voice message. The office was amazing. They got me in the first week of January and Doctor Brookover stayed late after hours the next day to get that tooth out. It was infected and it was bad. I guess there was a fourth canal that got missed or something like that. Well it took 2 years of rehabilitation, physical therapy, nutritional therapy, acupuncture and naturopathy to regain my health. I still have some nerve sensitivities that are healing but all and all I'm near 100%. I thank God for the woman who wrote her review here and I'm sharing this in hopes someone else may benefit similarly. Dr. Brookover and his staff were the saving light in a very dark period of my life. I am so grateful to them.

Dr. Brooke over is passionate about health, and educates his patience about how oral health affects every other system and prevents many degenerative disease diseases He does a lot of research and is a walking encyclopedia. He uses cutting edge nontoxic materials. I think he's the best!

I had a consultation yesterday to discuss removing a root canal tooth and replacing a crown for another one. This was my first appointment with a biological dentist, I wish I would have known of them prior to getting any root canals. Dr. Brookover and his staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and informative. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. Before my appointment, I was a little anxious about what my dental work would entail. However, after my appointment, I feel informed and confident that they will do a great job.
