Overall the work is good from what I got done with this company. The only concern I had was the unprofessional manner my discharge from the company was completed. Instead of talking with me over the phone to discuss the concerns they had, they sent a letter informing me they will no longer work with me due to inconsistent appointments, which I canceled 4 appt due to family concerns for total in a span of 1 year and when I onr canceled after the 24 hours, I informed them I would pay the late fee. I will hold myself accountable. The front desk official was nice in the beginning and then became cold and short with me after. I felt they could have been honest with me instead if being passive aggressive. Hope they figure out how to communicate better with their clients moving forward.

The entire staff at Enchantment Dental is friendly, professional, and thorough. I had the best teeth cleaning from Melissa. I highly recommend them!

Unprofessional service at this business. I would not recommend treatment here. The hygienist was very rude to me. Customer service is not a strong suit.

Professional and personable dentist and staff. Comfortable office full of artwork and plants with free parking right in front of the door.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I had dental work here done years ago, and just found out this morning that I had a lawsuit filed against me in magistrate court for an outstanding balance I knew nothing about. For THOUSANDS of dollars. No phone calls, no warning, just a friggin LAWSUIT! Bullying, scare tactics, no integrity or common decency to pick up the phone. Consider yourself warned.

I came to Doctor Kidbey to get a second opinion. Dr. Kidbey got me in with in 4 business days for an exam, and instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable in her care. I trusted her recommendation, which was not as urgent and severe as a previous dentist had recommended. I highly recommend Doctor Kidbey to any and all, as a top notch professional who will take good care of you and your teeth. Ive been in to see Dr. Kidbey for a chipped tooth also, she got me in the next day. Im grateful for Donna Kidbey and all her staff!

Great dentist. I hadn't been in a while and they made the whole process so easy and painless. I would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else in Santa Fe.
