Smile Design: Santa Clarita

I just had my tooth implant done today at Smile Design in Santa Clarita, and the entire procedure took only about 15 minutes. The anticipation was honestly the scariest part, but I felt absolutely no pain at all. Everything was done so precisely and smoothly that I was amazed by how quick and comfortable the experience was. Jamie, Dr. Ghermezi, and Mayra were all amazing, professional, kind, and reassuring every step of the way. The office itself is very nice, well-organized, and efficient. I was in and out quickly without ever feeling rushed. Wonderful team, beautiful office, and fast, high quality care. I highly recommend them!

Everyone’s really nice. I went here for an implant & the doctor here was absolutely phenomenal. Quick. Efficient. He seriously knows his stuff. Problem is he doesn’t really tell you about much, he just does it. No after care pre care none of that. My other doctor looks out for me much more. BUT THE WAIT TIMES. Trust those other reviews, they’re no joke. Over booking, and they only have so many rooms. And since everyone’s so sweet and nice they have longggg convos the whole time. I’ve been in the waiting room for close to an hour like twice. I don’t really get the point of an appointment at this point tbh.

Im Glad I found a great dental office. I love coming here now, everyone is so friendly, kind and relatable. The office is clean and they have great doctor. They take the time to explain everything until I understand it and they never pressure you! Glad I found them! Highly recommend 🙏

From the moment you walk in, the entire staff greets you with a warm hello and makes you feel truly welcomed. Amy has been amazing throughout my entire smile journey, she’s helped me every step of the way to get everything in order for my new smile... The whole team has been so accommodating to my needs, even moving things around to make sure my scooter fits comfortably. The dental assistant is always so kind and reassuring, making sure I’m comfortable... from day one. The dentist is extremely thorough, gentle and caring always taking the time to explain what he’s going to do before he does it and making sure there’s no pain and that I’m at ease the entire time. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and I can’t wait to see my brand-new smile!

Amy and the staff were great! Very welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. They were very thorough with the plan the dr created for me and what my insurance covered. The office was very clean as well. Definitely recommend!

I had a good experience but unfortunately from last year they canceled my appointment many times. Every day they have different doctors . You cant pick your doctor because everyday the schedule is changed. If you don't care about which doctor see you , this is your place , but if you are looking for established doctors I would move on to another place .

Scam! do not go to this dentist. I have paid upfront for a service in February 2025 and have called about 50 times to get a refund. I was told that the staff could not do a refund and the manager would call back the same day yet not once received a call except for the automated text and call service he hired to text and say it was the dentist calling directly(Which it is not). Bottom line is they owe me over $1,200.00. Would appreciate a call back as promised and I will be reporting to the License board as well as the BBB. The DCA Board Shows he has had over 43 different licenses linked and that the Santa Clarita Smile Design has been cancelled effective July 31st 2025. It is now under License number - 39643.
