I came here about once or twice but the times I was there it always sucked. The staff is mediocrly friendly, not very helpful but do the minimum for their job. Good luck setting up an appointment to arrive and be told you have to wait hours anyway and oh others will just be skipping ahead of you regardless of the appointment made. They see some dental done being worked on? Just wait till you overhear them talking to clients and convincing them they need more work done so they can take longer, charge more and smile as you leave your paycheck on their counter. The first time I was there they took X-rays and I bit down on a purple plastic piece, tell me why I felt like I bit bone from one side of my mouth. I spat it out and didn't think too much of it at the time due to the long wait, I was tired and was traumatized thinking I bit into someone's left over tooth. The last time I went, I was about 3 mins past the appointment. Me and two others had been waiting for hours and the other two where on time. We had places to be that day. Two of us ended up leaving and I clearly told the guy. I've been here for 2 hours. If you were here before me and are still having to wait here longer I can't stay. I left that day and never went back to this office. I'm sorry to say I wasn't satisfied. I was left in the chair when I got my dental work done the first time for hours. The numbing hurt as they injected me with a needle and said oops wrong area. Let's try that again. Then they splash all this water in your eyes as they clean your mouth just to say don't move as the stuff is literally falling in your eyes. Good riddance and good luck to the rest of you. Hopefully you get better service.

I had been going there for a few years. But they continue to have staff and dentists turnover. It has changed doctors and receptionist 3 times since I’ve been going there. And the wait is long. It never bothered me till yesterday I went back to finish my deep cleaning after paying my full balance and the day of my deep cleaning the dentist told the other dental assistant to do the polish for the following two weeks. I didn’t understand why they didn’t finish my full deep cleaning. I paid my portion after my insurance. When I came back two weeks later to get my polish done they were trying to make me pay for my polish. I had told them I already paid for my balance and when I left after the initial deep cleaning I asked them if I was paid in full. The receptionist said yes and I just needed to come back to get my teeth polished. So when I went in to finish up my polish got upset because they were trying to charge me another $27 and asked for the manager and she told me each visit costs and polish cost extra. I told her that they mislead me and never told me that when they had me scheduled to come back. Basically who ever took over this location is trying to get money out of their customers. A week prior they had someone called me from Bright Now Dental telling me I needed work on my teeth and it’s going to cost me $6000 my part after insurance.. Either way I will NEVER go back to Bright Now Dental off Golden Valley. They don’t know how to appreciate and treat their customers. I’m looking for a new dental office that can be honest

My appointment was 10.:00 am however I waited until 10:45 am to be seen. They competed a set of x-rays but when seeing the hygienist the x-rays failed to show full root display so they completed a second set. The X-ray revealed need for deep cleaning which was completed at that time. I had some difficulty understanding the need for the procedure and exactly what was involved. I was informed by the hygienist that it would be negligent to perform a routine cleaning because of the need for a deep cleaning. The involvement of the dentist in my visit was minimal and all of the exam and cleaning procedures were performed by the hygienist who did an admirable job.

This place does good work but they have you wait for over an hour to be seen. It's happened multiple times. They also cancel and reschedule a lot. Give you a morning appointment only to call you a few days before your appointment to tell you the doctor doesn't work in the mornings.

Very pleasant staff very accommodating. I couldn't get there on time and they gave me an hour's leeway and I made the appointment. Knowledgeable radiologist and dentist. I couldn't be more pleased.

My husband and I go to this dental office for our dental work. The receptionists are very friendly and professional. Our dentist is Dr. Farzad Tajarieh. Both of us love him very much. He explains all the needed procedures and answers our questions patiently. We are very satisfied with this dental office. Keep up the good job.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dentist office poor communication, doctors never available , and after waiting for two hours to see a doctor I left I got a $150 cancellation fee. I am reporting this office to the insurance company and a generic email response like in the previous reviews won’t change my mind. Terrible !!!
