Love my dentist, the people, and facility; everyone does a thorough job. However, I'd love to give them a 5 star but, they are always late. We had 3 folks including myself sit in the waiting room. Unsure what their appointment times were but I got there 10 minutes before my appointment then got seen 15-17 minutes after my appointment time. They did offer free special floss to make up for the wait. Just got to get timing better :). But will always be a patient as long as I live near by.

My husband and I went to Dr. Lee for my dental cleaning back in 2022, we the moved and had to try other dental clinics. This made us realize how effortless Dr. Lee’s treatments were. Started back here and am not changing now. Very very highly recommend. Super friendly, kind and efficient staff as well.

I just had the best dental cleaning ever at Smile Company! Claudine was super kind, gentle, and patient. She explained everything before doing it and really took her time. I could tell she cared and did such a great job — even cleaned areas other hygienists missed before! Dr. Lee was also very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

10/10 - would recommend. I just moved to the Bay Area and finding a new dentist always feels like a challenge and a gamble. Dr. Lee’s was on point, knowledgeable, and pleasant. My hygienist was incredible! Perfect experience.

I've been seeing Dr Lee for close to 10 years now and my appointments have always been a great experience. All of the staff, from the receptionists and dental hygenists to Dr Lee, have been very friendly and helpful. Whether it's explaining dental health or setting up appointments, I always appreciated their help. And the facilities are always clean and well organized.

I have always had a wonderful experience at The Smile Company. Dr .Lee is a very friendly , supportive and an extremely knowledgeable dentist . He and his staff are always laughing , and truly enjoying their work . Kathy , care team member is amazing . She always greets you with a smile and answers any questions you have . Claudine was amazing as well and I was educated along the way with every step in my cleaning process , gum pocket measurement with clear diagrams of what it would entail , where I have plaque built up etc . Thank you to the whole team for creating this experience:)

Such a wonderful experenxe at this office ... very professional and modern. They have the latest equipment and technology . I was floored . I am a dental phobic but their dental helper / back supervisor (?) Sarah calmed me down . She is so friendly and made me feel at ease . The dental work done later was just a breeze . Highly recommend for all scaredy cats
