I have had some bad dental experiences over the years, but not with Dr. Lee at Rivermark. She is the best. She does great work. She is patient and kind.

Dr. Lee is always cheerful in welcoming me and my family. She is also gentle and accurate when she xrays, cleans and polishes our teeth. Their restroom is also clean.

The best and most comfortable experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Highly recommend!

Avoid Rivermark Dental – Prioritizes Profit Over Patient Care I strongly urge anyone considering Rivermark Dental to look elsewhere. My experience, like many others, was incredibly disappointing and financially burdensome. I was told that my insurance would cover my treatment, only to receive a bill months later claiming it wasn’t fully covered. When I spoke with the business owner, she offered to waive the fee—but only if I agreed to more treatments so she could bill my insurance further. This made it clear she was more interested in maximizing profit than genuinely improving my dental health. Other patients have reported similarly disturbing patterns: unnecessary procedures being pushed, poorly done fillings that caused pain and further dental damage, and unjustified charges like $25 just to send X-rays. One patient even needed to have all the work redone elsewhere because it was so badly executed. This dental office does not care about your oral health—they care about how much money they can extract from you and your insurance provider. You’re likely to walk away with worse dental conditions, unexpected bills, and a deep sense of regret. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist who actually cares.

Every dentist says they care about their patients, but do they stop if you’re scared or it hurts and make sure you’re okay and numb and you’re not struggling or gurgling? At Rivermark they do. It doesn’t matter if what you need from them to feel as comfortable as possible. I needed them to go slow and I was the last patient of the day but they didn’t rush it. It’s a down to earth place, but the vibe is VIP service.

Edit- considering reporting this location for malpractice. More and more dentists reported no issues with my, or my wife’s teeth. The fact that Dr Lee recommended so much work which would weaken my already healthy teeth, had me do two root canals which now appear to have been unnecessary, made me pay thousands in bills… it disgusts me. Original: Be careful of this place, and double check their dental work recommendations. I cannot say for sure but I believe they over prescribed massively, even though they knew my insurance was not in a good place. Overall I’m inclined to believe their excessive diagnosis was likely dishonest. When I and my wife went here we were told we needed between 9-16 fillings each, and 4 root canals! Dentists we checked with before and after this Rivermark Dental location each told us we needed between 0 and 2 fillings and 0 root canals, each. One of the "cavities" rivermark dental recommended I had filled, I had double checked with another dentist and was told it was only a stain and no work needed. Overall I cannot say for certain, but I sense I was taken advantage of at this location.
