I’ve been a patient at Blue Turtle for over 25 years, and I continue to receive the very best care and service every time I visit. Yesterday, Kim was my hygienist, and it’s always a pleasure seeing her. Our casual conversations about golf and family make each visit feel personal and genuine. She truly feels invested in my well-being, not just my teeth. Thank you, as always, for lifting my spirits and keeping my smile healthy. Kim is our family's dental hygienist and she is truly THE BEST. She embodies every quality I admire - she cares, she's thorough, she's informative, and she's extremely helpful and gives excellent advice. I had a wonderful experience at Blue Turtle Dental. My hygienist, Kim, was fantastic—very thorough and detailed in her work. She explained each step clearly, checked in with me throughout the cleaning, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her professionalism and kind bedside manner made the visit smooth and stress-free. Dr. Chao was equally impressive. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to review my results carefully. I appreciated how approachable he was and how clearly he answered my questions. The facility itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained, with plenty of convenient parking. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Dr. Chao provided exceptional care for my gum issues. Instead of following another dentist’s recommendation to extract my infected teeth, he offered conservative treatment options to preserve my natural teeth. The deep cleaning procedure was thorough, including comprehensive X-rays and multiple checks to ensure complete cleaning. The staff was professional and accommodating, even fitting me in for an urgent appointment due to infection pain. They offered a cash discount for non-insurance patients. I particularly appreciated Dr. Chao’s attention to detail during my second visit, where he took extra time to ensure thorough cleaning. I’ve scheduled a follow-up deep cleaning in three months for continued care.

From the perspective of a basic appointment/cleaning twice a year I have found the staff to be warm and welcoming. Kim is a great hygienist, knowledgeable, and explains what she is doing. Dr. Chao is personable and seems to really care about his patients. Considering I am a "boring" patient (no cavities or issues at this time) I can’t comment on other procedures!! All good for me!! I would recommend checking them out.

I went in today for a basic check-up, and Dr. Chao was incredibly attentive. He took the time to ask about my needs and past medical experiences, and even offered thoughtful suggestions for improvement. Although no special treatment was needed this time, his friendliness left a lasting impression on me. Plus, the fact that he speaks Chinese is a huge bonus!
