Inspire Dental , 7200 Peachtree-Dunwoody Rd, Building 400, Sandy Springs, GA. My wife and I have been patients of Dr Russell Boyd for about fifteen years. He and FeFe have provided caring and professional dental services to our family. I believe Dr Boyd provides superior dental care and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boyd's for 10 years. For the past 5 years I was driving 1:30 each way for my visits twice a year. And I have referred them business over the years as well. Maybe it was a fluke or just the way business is done today... This review is based on my last two experiences that have occurred in the past two months. Last month I had to have a temporary crown removed and the girl who never introduced herself to me took me back to the room and proceeded to remove my temporary crown by pulling on it. She tried three times and I finally let out a big ouch and said is "Dr. Boyd here today?" I didn't know what the heck was happening. She said, yes he'll be in. After 5 minutes he came in and had to give me a local anesthetic. Then he told me" it should of came right out... all you have to do is give it a twist." With things in my mouth I couldn't very well say that this unidentified woman was PULLING on it but I didn't say anything. Fast forward to today, my cleaning was scheduled for 1:00 pm with Fei Fei. She has been cleaning my teeth for the past 5 years and always on time. She in fact booked my cleaning for me 6 months ago. I show up today and checked in a few minutes before 1:00. It was 1:20 pm when I lady who came out and said, Lisa, I'm Fay, is it okay if I do your cleaning today? I said no it's not. She went to get Fei Fei and they started talking and the front desk staff said to me do you want to reschedule? I said no and walked out of the office. Seriously? I wait 6 months to get a cleaning and I'm brushed off like oh well you can come back and drive another 3 hours... Business as usually... I know I don't run my business like everyone is just another number.

Lacey is my favorite Hygienist of all time and I've been coming to see Dr. Rifkin for 32 years! Everyone here is great!

The practice canceled an appointment for a filling 2-3 hours before the appointment time (not a huge deal, stuff happens). From that point on they were non-responsive to multiple voicemails (4 - 5) and emails (2) to try to reschedule. Their phone rolled right to voicemail each time. Complete lack of communication except one response that they tried to call - I had no missed calls, no voicemails. I sent a final email to give them a week to respond before we moved on from the practice. This was in addition to a lack of communication on a billing question/issue. We’re done.

Their utter lack of communication is something I’ve never seen before from ANY medical practice. After the office canceled a filling two or three hours before the appointment time, we tried to get in touch via email and voicemail SEVERAL times with no response, no reschedule, nothing. We’ll be moving on immediately from this practice.

Dr. Boyd and his team are exceptional! I fully trust my dental care to Dr. Boyd and have for many years. The transition to Inspire Dental has been a huge success! Love the state of the art tools to assist in diagnostics and complex dental needs! Top notch service! Highly recommend!

Wonderful dentist office . Very quiet and great ambiance. They took very great care of my daughter and I . Excited to get my teeth health together
